History

The X-Readers were originally known as the X-Men and didn't have a hierarchy. They were formed by Charles Xavier, the original lineup was unknown, but at the very least still included Cyclops as a founding member, though the other original members would be different, the purpose of the formation is to try and make peace with humans.

Ruler Regard

after the formation of the Ruler Regard, Xavier grew insane and renamed himself "Badbuster", though, he would later be demoted to a backseat member of the team. The team decided to install a hierarchy and rebelled against the Ruler Regard, Unknown when to stop, the purpose of the team is now unknown even though it is still active.
