Marshall Was an exchange student from Ireland (England, he was changed to Spider-Man's School, after the retiration of the original one, Marshall was bitten by a radioactive spider giving him powers such as web crawling and spider sense, he used the original spider-man costume and change its colors, he later join the new Avengers in replacement of the original Spider-Ma.
