The Villamos Cartel are one of the biggest crime families in the world. They operate out of Colombia, specifically in Cartagena and ship and manufacture marijuana, cocaine, and other drugs across the world. They are most known for their work in MGH shipping off a drug called Banshee, and offshoot of MGH across the world. Ernesto and Carmelita have been running the Cartel for at least a couple of years before Ultron's demise. The cartel was taken down by James Rogers, La Bandera, and S.H.I.E.L.D.
