Victor "Sabretooth" Creed was a Canadian mutant and soldier. Later on, he enlisted in the Weapon X program, and joined Team X. On Team X, he met Logan Howlett, who he soon became rivals with. When Truett Hudson, father of James Hudson and founder of Weapon X, formed a new Team X, Sabretooth and Mystique were the first two members. They set out to capture Wolverine and force him back onto the team. They also set out to find the other Team X members, such as Deadpool and Maverick.
