Little is known about Justice's life. It can be assumed to be similar to his mainstream counterpart.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2

Justice and Firestar were in a relationship and "graduated" from the New Warriors some time prior to Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2. After the Stamford Incident, Hindisght started outing the secret identities of the Warriors, possibly including Justice. He was later imprisoned in Prison 42, was one of the heroes to go missing during the incident, and was thus assimilated into the Fold. Justice participated in the invasion of Wakanda including Venom, the Green Goblin, the Hobgoblin, Havok, A-Bomb, and the Radioactive Man.
