Powers and Abilities

Powers

  • Snake Physiology:Tysal was gifted with the appearance and abilities of a snake-like creature resembling a basilisk. As such, the Hallas tribal leader bares durable, dark green overlapping scales, small scale-spines across his head and down his back to his tail tip, and larger scaled underbelly. He has visible sharp claws and fangs, serpentine eyes with vertical pupils, and forked tongue. This appearance has also granted him the following powers:
    • Superhuman Agility:Tysal's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are far beyond the finest human gymnast. Tysal is incredibly limber, with his ligaments and tendons being twice as elastic as a normal Inhumans, allowing him to perform acrobatic and aerialist stunts with relative ease, going well above Olympic-level gymnasts.
    • Superhuman Flexibility:Tysal's joints are built in a way he can move them in a very similar manner to a contortionist, allowing him to bend in ways most would not be able to achieve by normal means. This also allows him to turn in ways to prevent the damage of joints, especially his spine.
    • Enhanced Durability:Tysal has a scaled body that enable him to withstand strong impact forces and enable him to take several punishing hits before they begin to affect him. These scales are strong enough he can feel small bits of discomfort at best.
    • Venomous Fangs/Claws:Tysal has visible small, razor sharp fangs facing towards the inside of the mouth like a snake and sharp, durable claws that can dig into most materials. He can also inject poison from the tips of these he generates naturally with the dosage making someone incredibly sick to killing them within minutes. The venom has also shown to be a bit acidic in leaving some materials melted if he chooses to allow the venom to come out at will instead of holding it back.
    • Enhanced Lung Capacity:Tysal has slightly larger then normal lungs in which he can take great amounts of oxygen all at once. This allows him to hold his breathe or be in places lacking oxygen for little over 4-5 hours at a time.
      • Minor Aquatic Adaption:Tysal has some minor adaptation to water with being able to hold his breathe for long periods of time and withstand some lower pressures of the water. He is also able to see clearly in murky water, clearer then most other Kree Inhumans at least.
    • Camouflage:With his dark green coloring, Tysal is able to adapt to darkness or darkly shaded areas, allowing him to blend in enough he can sneak about. This also goes for forested areas or places with thick vegetation.
    • Keen Smell:Tysal's sense of smell is highly acute to where he can track a scent that is two days old and follow it for sometime while also catching scent a mile or two away. He can enhance this with flicking out his tongue to serve as a kind of compass to pinpoint scent trails much like most snakes.
    • Seismic Sense:Tysal has specialized sense organs enabling him to sense vibrations in the air, water, and ground that allows him to sense certain disturbances and pinpoint their source if possible.
    • Infrared Perception:Like most snakes, when it's dark or low lighting Tysal is capable of seeing in the infrared spectrum allowing him to distinguish heat of living beings or hot and cold spots.
    • Poison Blood:Due to the poison he naturally makes, Tysal's blood stream also contains traces of this venom that is acidic and lethal as much as injecting the venom itself. Prolonged exposure increases chances of death.
    • Killing Gaze:Tysal also has the ability to kill another person or being through direct eye contact. This direct eye contact allows him to psionically attack the neural functions of the brain, immediately shutting down it's connections to the body and within minutes shut down what remains of the body itself.
      • Petrification:Tysal can also cause petrification when his killing gaze does not make direct contact with another's. Through a reflective surface if there is at least some eye contact the person will only be frozen for a few days before they can move.
