The Time Gods were created just after the Time Lords by an ancient relic called the Potency Cube, to which created the first Time God called Primus who fought his twin cousin, Apocalypse for aeons. Over the course of their relentless battle, Primus then decided to create the first 13 Primes with immensely powerful weaponry, and was able to defeat, and cast Apocalypse away. Soon after, Primus used the Potency Cube to create a metallic planet called Cybertron. Despite this, Time Gods are still considered a Chrononian race, and with, the rank of Prime was used throughout all three Chrononian race as a title of leadership, respect, and a highly powerful individual.

• True Transformation: Time Gods are able to transform into 3 different types of forms.
  • Organic Form: This form allows the Time Gods possess organic, and carbon matter, allowing them to be able to utilise organic-base technology. This is considered inferior to their more, advance forms. Sometimes, this form takes a form that seems less organic, and most ghostly. A prime example of this be Infinity.
  • Bio-Robotic Organism Form: While in this form, a Time God's true power is shown. To most of the galaxy, and even in other realities, this form is shown to be one of the most advance bio-robotics, surpassing even the species who created robotics in the first place. Their power was shown on Cybertron and on Hargion during the Time War against the Dalek Gods.
    • Vehicle Form: They are also to scan and transform into a vehicle they scan to the very material it possesses.
• Size Alteration: Some Time Gods are able to alter their size to immense proportions. This is extremely rare ability to the point only 3 in the entire race possess.
