After destroying the ice, Thor realises that Jane had been doing research on Valhalla, Niffleheim and Hel, and she realised that they were slowly moving towards each other. From that knowledge, Thor realises that Hela has been granted Valhalla by Odin and decides to go to Asgard to speak to him.

Meanwhile, Heimdall has suspected that Loki has been impersonating Odin and questions him. Loki transforms to his true form and disintergrates Heimdall, as Hela appears and watches as he is sent to Valhalla.
