Trivia[]

  • Nolan North returns to voice Deadpool after previously voicing him in 12 different titles.
  • Veteran Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy was cast to play the Punisher in this film, making it his first ever Marvel role.
  • Eddie Brock appears briefly on a monitor screen and is mentioned by Arnim Zola, but has no dialogue.
  • Frank Castle's son, Frank, Jr., from the comics is conspicuously absent from this film.
  • By the end of the film, Deadpool seems to have forgotten that his best friend Weasel was murdered by his new (one-sided) best friend, the Punisher.
  • Hydra is mentioned to have been completely disbanded after being defeated by Captain America, who does not appear in this film, but many of the former Heads, including Arnim Zola and Madame Viper, still scheme behind the scenes. In fact, Arnim Zola's dying words were "Hail Hydra".
  • Benjamin Diskin provides the voice for the Venom symbiote after previously voicing both the symbiote and Eddie Brock in The Spectacular Spider-Man.
  • This is the first Disney+ animated film to be Rated R.
