The Indestructible Hulk is a Phase Eight Marvelette Cinematic Universe film. It was released on September 26th, 2031, following X-Men: No More Mutants and preceding Doctor Strange and the Hellfire Contract. The film is directed by Matthew Vaughn.

Plot[]
When Abigail Brand, Director of S.W.O.R.D., approaches the Hulk with a secret mission in space that only he can complete, he is forced to come out of retirement and work past the injury he suffered from the Infinity Gauntlet to defeat an evil version of himself from the future, called the Maestro!

- This is the first film in the Hulk franchise to be released since 2008's The Incredible Hulk, with 23 years in between films.
- This is the first Hulk film to be released starring Mark Ruffalo.
- Betty Ross returns for this film after having not appeared since The Incredible Hulk. However, Liv Tyler does not return to play the character, and she is recast with Michelle Monaghan.
- Michelle Monaghan, who plays Betty Ross, has previously voiced the DC character Wonder Woman in the animated film Justice League: War.
- Hulk suffers from PTSD in this film, which is a result of his use of the Infinity Gauntlet in Avengers: Endgame. He often finds himself back in Soulworld, where he converses with the soul of the Black Widow.
- Rick Jones makes his MCU debut in this film as an Agent of S.W.O.R.D. and Hulk's partner, played by Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe.
- Amadeus Cho appears in this film as a S.W.O.R.D. scientist, which is a reference to his role in the comics as the Totally Awesome Hulk.
- The post-credits scene leads directly into the following film, Doctor Strange and the Hellfire Contract.
