It is raining heavily but Trey is in the city, waiting outside a suit store to get a tailored suit for prom. He has an umbrella and keeps checking his phone as he waits outside and a large amount of people pass by.
Trey: *Where is he?* He looks around and sighs
Haruto is jogging up to Trey with an umbrella, having parked his motorcycle in a nearby parking lot to avoid the rain.
Haruto: Sorry I'm late. Parking is a pain in the ass to find in the rain... Trey chuckles and smiles as he looks up at the sky.
Trey: Hasn't rained in forever... where'd it come from? He starts to walk in the shop, holding the door open for Haruto.
Haruto: It never rains, man. Haruto walked in and and held the door for Trey to enter. Maybe it's just some crazy coincidence. Maybe it's foreshadowing something. Who knows? The cashier greets the two young men as they enter.
Trey: Haha, foreshadowing, yea right. He laughs a little and rolls his eyes and talks to the cashier about getting a tailored suit. She calls a man who starts getting his measurements. So I forgot to ask when we talked yesterday, but how's your mom doing? She still have that cold?
Haruto: She's doing better. Good enough to go back to work, but she's wearing a medical mask. Why, it's a Japanese thing. Helps prevent the spread of airborne germs. Haruto turns to the cashier and asks her about getting a tailored suit as well. She tells him to wait for Trey's measurements to be taken.
Trey: Heh, that would look funny, just wearing a medical mask would make me so uncomfortable. Why haven't you healed her with your strength card yet? He shakes his head as he raises his arms and the man starts to write down the measurements and hands it to the woman. She then goes in the back as the man gestured for Haruto.
Haruto: Dude, it's a cold. I think she can heal herself just fine. Haruto raised up his arms as the man began taking Haruto's measurements, wrote them down, and put them on the cash register for the cashier to pick up later. Haruto quickly gave the man some specifications for the design of his suit, which the man wrote down on his notes with Haruto's measurements
Trey shrugged as he went around the shop to look for dress shoes.
Trey: I'm so excited to go with Natalie dude... I've liked her for so long and now I'm actually going to PROM with her. He crouches down to look at an expensive dress shoe.
Haruto: Right... *I still can't believe I'm going alone...* Haruto looked around the shop, then checked his phone. He got a text from Katie, saying that her roommate was home and wanted to meet him. Haruto replied to her message saying he was getting his suit tailored. Hm. Hey, Trey. I'm gonna run over to Katie's real quick. She wants me to meet her roommate. You mind dropping off my suit at home? I'll text you the code to open the garage, so just hang the suit up somewhere away from the bikes. After getting confirmation from Trey that he would, Haruto thanks him before heading out to the parking lot to get on his CBR1000RR Fireblade and speeding off to Katie's place. He parks his bike in the driveway and approaches the door, knocking. Almost immediately, Katie answers the door.
Katie: Oh, you're here! Thanks for coming on such short notice, my roommate really wanted to meet you.
Haruto: Yeah, sure. He enters after she welcomes him in, taking off his shoes and helmet at the door.
Roommate: That him? Katie's roommate is lying on the couch, watching a horror move on TV and eating a bag of chips
Katie: Mhm. Haruto, this is my roommate. Her name's Clarabelle. I call her Belle for short, but Clara also works.
Clarabelle's faceclaim
Belle: Nice to meet you, Ha- Do you have any other names for yourself? She rolled around on the couch, emphasizing her large chest
Haruto: You can call me Hunter. Haruto ignored the fact that her chest was being pressed against the couch, trying his best not to stare.
Belle: Oh, perfect. Nice to meet you, Hunter. She was lying on the couch stomach down now, eating chips as she continued watching her horror move. He's kinda cute.
Haruto: *What?* He blushed lightly at her compliment, then to Katie. So...
Katie: She's been at home a lot more lately since her boyfriend dumped her.
Haruto: Oh... He nodded slowly
Katie: So... got a date?
Haruto: Katie, it's the day before prom. There's no way I can get a girl to go with me this late.
Katie: True... You got kinda unlucky this year, not being able to ask a girl out quick enough... I know a few girls who would've liked to go with you.
Haruto: ... Alright then.
Belle: He didn't get a prom date in time? Jeez, dude. She rolled around so she could lie on some pillows and look at Haruto from where she is You're a bit of an unlucky guy, aren't you?
Haruto: ... Yeah, sure. I guess you could call me a bad luck charm. He offered a smile and a nervous chuckle at his lame allusion.
Katie: Well, you are busy with other things. Haruto froze up at what Katie was referring to before pulling her away to her room W-wait, Hunter!
Belle: Hey man, she's already got her prom date!
Haruto: Not what I'm intending to do! Once Haruto and Katie got to the latter's room, he closed the door and turned his attention to her Katie. I've already told you about the World, right?
Katie: In that one note, yes.
Haruto: Let me go into detail. He sat down in a chair by her nightstand. So, I've already got the World. With that, I can use all the powers in the card deck, and stop time for as long as I want.
Katie: Right. She sat down on her bed and listened to Haruto.
Haruto: So, since I've got the World, that means I'm going to need to go someplace else to train and get some new stuff in space. In the time I'm gone, I want you to know that it's fine for you to move on to someone else that's not me. I appreciate everything you've done for me, truly. Which is why I want you to find someone you can be happy with for the rest of your life that's not me. Because my life is dangerous and complicated.
Katie: You're sure? Haruto nodded yes to confirm. Then... I have one last gift to give you. She got up and crouched so she was eye to eye with Haruto before caressing his cheek and kissing him on the lips for a fairly decent amount of time for a kiss. The two enjoyed it before Katie pulled away.
Haruto: Wasn't that your...
Katie: First kiss? Yep. And I know that was your first kiss too, so...
Haruto: W-well then... Going away present?
Katie: Mhm. Good luck, Haruto. She gave him a smile, which Haruto returned, before the room to Katie's room opened and Belle walked in
Belle: So I was feeling a bit hungry, and- Oh. My bad. I'll come back later... She backed away as Katie got up and walked to the kitchen with a blush. Making sure Katie was gone, Belle entered her room and sat in Haruto's lap So... you two have a long history, don't you?
Haruto: Y-yeah... Why are you sitting in my lap...? Haruto was blushing like crazy as Belle wrapped her arms around his neck
Belle: Don't worry about it~ But seriously though, what is up with you? I heard you showed up here and you about to bleed out. Thank god you didn't, and thank you for not bleeding on the furniture.
Haruto: Right... Um... *I can't tell her. I can't be sure if she'll keep the secret or not.* It was a bad night to go out. Ran into some bad people and ticked them off by accident. *That's believable, right?*
Belle: Somehow... that doesn't seem like the truth...
Haruto: *Son of a dick.* Well, that's what happened.
Katie: Hunter!! Can you help me make something?? I'm feeling hungry too!
Haruto: I should help her out. He was going to get up, but Belle kept him down by forcing her weight on him
Belle: Nuh uh, big boy. Not till you tell me what really happened that night.
Haruto: It's not worth asking about, trust me.
Belle: I like a dangerous guy~
Haruto: You have to be kidding me... He sighed before telling her that he was the vigilante hero Anomaly/Reigai, even transforming into his Fool armor to prove it
Belle: Wow... this is a whole other level... Haruto removed his armor before walking into the kitchen since Belle had to get up so he could transform H-hey, wait!
Haruto: Sorry to make you wait. What are we making? He hid his belt in his jacket before talking to Katie
Katie: Oh! Can you make that Neapolitan spaghetti from that one time? And that Japanese-style omelette? Those were sooo good! She already had the spaghetti noodles boiling and some eggs on the counter-top
Haruto: Sure. He asked her to get the rest of the ingredients for the omelettes and spaghetti before taking over the kitchen and making the meal. Belle walked out of Katie's room and sat down at the dining table while Katie helped make some side dishes for them to eat. After some time, the three sat down at the table and ate their meal, enjoying the sounds of the rain outside and the TV playing movies and such.
Belle: This is nice. I would've cooked, but I was feeling kind of lazy today.
Katie: She's a pretty good cook, believe it or not.
Haruto: That so? Haruto looked over Belle, noticing that she had a decent figure and slightly exaggerated curves, then immediately ignored all of that so he didn't seem like a pervert.
Belle: I spend a lot of time working out, believe it or not. She looked over Haruto, but couldn't tell what kind of figure Haruto had since he was wearing concealing clothes for the most part Dude, are you gonna take your jacket off? It's kinda hot in here. She took off her plaid shirt to reveal a white tank-top that was just barely able to hide her chest.
Haruto: Uh... Haruto avoided looking at her Sure, I guess. He took off his jacket, displaying his plain white t-shirt
Katie: Belle, it's not that hot. Besides, don't you have something a bit more... concealing...?
Belle: What's wrong? Are they making him nervous~? She teased Haruto by puffing out her chest to further emphasize it
Haruto: Y-yes... I think I'm about to lose my appetite...
Belle: Alright, alright. She put her plaid shirt back on, but leaving it unbuttoned Better, mister anti-social?
Haruto: Yeah... He continues eating his meal with a blush.
Belle: You're adorable! She giggled as she finished her plate And your cooking is great! I'd love to hang out with you some more!
Haruto: I'm uh... going out of state soon, actually... Not sure when my "flight" is scheduled, but it's soon... He looked out the window and sighed, setting his utensils down Don't know how long I'll be gone, either, so don't expect me to come back soon.
Belle: Awww, that's disappointing. Come back soon, please~? She bat her eyelashes at him and pouted
Haruto: Don't give me that...
Katie: Belle, he's a busy guy. Let him do what he needs.
Belle: Fiiiine. Hmph!
Haruto: I'm glad I didn't bring sake this time...
Katie: Me too...
Belle: Sake? Where??
Haruto: Not here! He froze up
Katie: Did you bring anything?
Haruto: No, I didn't get to pick something up on the way here.
Katie: Next time?
Haruto: If there is a next time.
Belle: There's always a next time with me~!
Haruto: I just met you...
Belle: Let's get to know each other soon, yeah?
Haruto: How old are you...?
Belle: 16, almost 17..
Haruto: Really?! He looked at her, then to Katie, who shrugged, then back to Belle You've gotta be kidding me...
Belle: Crazy, I know. She took another bit of her omelette. What about you?
Haruto: I turned 17 about a month ago. He took a sip of water
Belle: Really? You look pretty young for a junior...
Haruto: Everyone says that...
Belle: So... what's this business trip about?
Haruto: An... internship of sorts. It's gonna be a while.
Belle: Interesting. Who are you interning for?
Haruto: Uh... no one important. It's just a side job.
Belle: Okay then...
Katie: How's the suit coming along, Hunter?
Haruto: Uh... not sure. Trey's getting his suit tailored too.
Katie: Well, that was a nice meal. Dessert anyone?
Haruto: Uh... What do you have?
Belle: I bought some red bean mochi yesterday.
Haruto: I wanna try this crepe recipe I found a few days ago.
Belle: Ooh? Crepes, huh? Go for it, I wanna see how it goes.
Haruto: Excuse me. He gets up to make the crepe batter, as well as some fruits and homemade whipped cream. The girls tell him what they want on their crepes, and he makes them as specified. They spend plenty of time talking to each other, Haruto getting to know Belle a bit better while doing so.
Prom Night[]
It was around 8:00 pm when the first of the group arrived outside the prom hall. Eliana pulled up in a white limousine with neon purple lights along it, courtesy of Thaddeus of course. She stepped out wearing a ruby long dress and a large smile on her face, looking around at everyone, waiting for the others to arrive.
Eliana: *Dominic said he's coming in five minutes.* In the meantime she spoke to some of her ecstatic friends.
Haruto pulled up to the parking lot on his Harley bobber, parking his bike in a designated spot and walking up to the line by himself, leaving his helmet and bag on the bike. He adjusts his silver necktie with a gold clock pattern on it, dusting off his crimson blazer and black slacks.
Haruto: *Is anyone else already here?* He looks around and spots Eliana talking to her friends. *Oh, Eli's here... Should I talk to her? Maybe later* He waits by himself with his hands in his pockets, removing a pocket watch from his right pocket and checking the time. *Alright, cool. Plenty early.*
Eliana: She looks around and sees Haruto, so says bye to her friends. She heads over to Haruto to say hi. Haruto! Hey, nice suit!
Haruto: Hey, Eli! Nice dress, liking the ruby red. He smiles at her as she walks over to him. So... you and Dom are going together? Where is he?
Eliana: He'll be here soon, he just texted me. We were gonna leave together but apparently Thaddeus hired a limo for me, and, well, since he's been, you know, I couldn't reject the offer...
Haruto: Ah... Fair enough. Trey should be showing up with Natalie at some point sooner or later.
Dominic arrived much early, like four minutes early, as he came in Speed Demon Protocol and when he unarmored, it showed a nice suit underneath, with a Green tie, and he smiled as he went to Haruto and Eli.
Dominic: Hey Haruto, Eli, sorry if I'm late, had to take care of dad, ya' know, muggers getting an old lady, and talked to a friend a bit...
Eliana: It's okay. We're still early. Nice suit by the way! She lightly hugs him to greet him. Just waiting for Trey to arrive with Natalie.
Dominic: Not surprising that they're not here yet, as in you may never know they could be having the "aftermath of prom" without the prom right now... He chuckled making a slightly dirty joke in the process. He then gets a bit fixated on Eli a bit.
A matte textured navy blue Audi R8 came rumbling down the street and stopped at the red light. The was brought down and it was seen to be Trey with Natalie in the passengers seat waving at the group. The light turned green as they turned right into the parking lot and parked in a designated spot. They got out, with Trey holding Natalie's hand and it's seen that they are wearing matching dark red outfits. Trey is wearing shades and takes them off, stuffing them in his suit pocket and walking to the group in line.

Trey: Hey guys! What's goin' on?
Natalie: What's up? Oh my God, Eliana, you look amaaazing! That red dress really looks great on you! She goes to hug Eliana, and Trey goes to handshake with Haruto and Dom.
Eliana: Thanks! Love the matching outfits. You two look cute together!
Dominic: Glad to see you guys together here, dude, anyways, shall we prom?
Haruto: Whole team's here. Let's do it. He gives everyone a smile and opens the door to Prom for everyone after having their IDs checked.
They all head inside and walk up some stairs and sees curtains that lead to the huge prom room. When they enter, they see that it's dark and flashing lights from different music playing. As Trey is walking, he looks back to Haruto and rolls his eyes because of the music that's playing.
Natalie: Wanna get something to drink?
Trey: Sure, I'm definitely not planning to dance right now. They hold hands and walk to the snack and drink stand.
Haruto heads over to the drink stand and gets himself a can of soda before heading to an empty chair and sitting, drinking the soda in silence and peace. He notices Katie and her Prom date Ty enter the place, then ignores it and goes on his phone.
Haruto: *Maybe I should play some pranks with my time stop...* He takes a sip of soda then snaps his fingers and points directly in front of him. Time stops even though he's not using the belt, and he notices Caesar (Origin's real name) standing where the DJ should be. Caesar? What are you doing here?
Caesar: Almost time to go, buddy. Tonight's gonna be crazy for ya.
Haruto: I see... He drinks more of his soda and sighs. What happened to the DJ?
Caesar: He's still here, I'm just standing in front of him.
Haruto: Oh, gotcha.
Caesar: So... you're all alone on Prom, and you still decided to go?
Haruto: Why not, right?
Caesar: Much more memorable if you have a date.
Haruto: I was too late. Didn't get to ask the girl I wanted since she'd been asked in advanced.
Caesar: Her, right? He points at Katie in frozen time, still at the door and smiling with her date
Haruto: Yep...
Caesar: You still have friends here, Haruto. Celebrate them while you can. You'll be going through some insane s-it once you've left them behind.
Haruto: How long will I be gone? Relative to Earth's time, anyway.
Caesar: Uh... One week over there is a month here... You'll be stuck with me for two weeks over there, so... two months here.
Haruto: Two months...?
Caesar: Yeah. Just be glad you're almost done with the school year. It's... May here, right?
Haruto: Almost the end of the month and school year.
Caesar: Yeah, good enough timing. You'll have a month of summer left before your senior year, relax. After those two... months here, you'll be able to do anything you want. Well, not anything, you've got some contracts to fulfill to the Arcana if you want to keep and upgrade these powers.
Haruto: Contracts?
Caesar: Arcana left some other artifacts scattered throughout space before coming to Earth and leaving the Tarot Buckles here for humanity.
Haruto: I'll have to gather some of those artifacts, won't I?
Caesar: Yep. They want you to take care of it, since they trust you the most.
Haruto: And Giorno?
Caesar: They've seen his fate. They're going to have him trained a bit more intensely than you. You'll be fine, trust me. Well, "fine" is debatable.
Haruto: Lovely. More misery for me...
Caesar: Sorry buddy. But in a way... it's prepping you for what you'll be doing in the future...
Haruto: What?
Caesar: Can't say anymore, sorry. He gave Haruto an awkward smile You go enjoy Prom, kiddo. I'll see you soon. With that, time resumes, Caesar disappeared in the transition from stopped to reflowing time, and Haruto was alone in the room full of people having fun at Prom.
Haruto: Yare yare daze... He sighed before finishing his soda and getting another one.
Dominic and Eliana were near at the snack and drink stand, talking about experiences.
Dominic: So this Myron guy, he's basically your step grandpa, and he wants to make you tho most powerful sorceress, but fears of repeating history?
Eliana: Yes. But he seems a little... Insane. To be honest I pity him. Though he introduced me to magic, and so far it seems pretty interesting. So I'll let him get on with that. She takes a sip of her drink.
Dominic: You know, I never got the chance to ask, what made you stay with me when we were still friends, as in, I was a complete asshole back then, but you stayed... He drank his own drink.
Eliana: You helped with the whole... When I was depressed early last year... That... That was because of Thad. He made me like that but I don't remember why...
Dominic: I hope he can accept me at some point, I mean yes, I know I acted too apprehensive of him during the New Years party, but I want him to know I wont hurt you in any way... He then out his arm around her.
At Natalie and Trey[]
They were dancing to a slow song, and Trey had his arm wrapped around her and held her hand up beside them with the other. They swayed from side to side and she rest her head on his chest for a while until the song started to end. Another song was about to play and they separated, holding each other's hands and kissing each other lightly.
Natalie: Hey babe, I'm gonna hang out with some friends, is that okay? I'll find you later on.
Trey: That's fine Nat, have fun with them okay?
Natalie: Thanks Trey! She hugged and kissed him for a long time and Trey slowed touched her face as she left, smiling and walking to get a plate of 8 chocolate covered strawberries. He sat down next to Haruto and yawned as another upbeat song came on and some people started dancing like crazy.
Trey: Havin' fun man?
Haruto: Uh... sure? He took another sip of his drink, looking at the crowd I'm just stopping time and screwing around with people without anyone knowing. Got nothing else to do here. He takes out his pocket watch and checks the time. Hm... We've still got a few of hours left.
Trey: Stopping time? You didn't get with any girls here yet? Single girls are the easiest dude. And only a few hours left? I felt like we've been here for such a long time already! He groans as he leans his head back. I wish I could stop time and fuck with people. Could you stop time but stop it with me with you?
Haruto: Uh... I'd have to hold onto you so you're not affected by the time stop. It would be really awkward.
Trey: Yea... Good point... I'll just learn it myself. He sips his soda and checks his phone.
Haruto: You have fun with that. He looks at the picture in his pocket watch, then takes it out and puts it in his coat pocket before putting his pocket watch away.
Trey: What's with the pocket watch man?
Haruto: A gift from someone my parents know. He gave this to my dad saying he didn't want or need it anymore, so my dad figured, "Hey, you're dressing up for prom. Have this pocket watch to look extra fancy." And that is why I have it.
Trey: That's awesome dude. I honestly wonder if this superhero sh*t is gonna go far for us. We're already at prom. I wonder how much stronger we'll get or who we'll fight.... He goes into deep thought and burps
Haruto: Who knows?
Dominic: Our power universally invites others, either as allies, or as adversaries, I literally picture many possibilities... Dominic stated in his "In a matter of fact" voice.
Trey: Maybe so.... He gets up and fixes his suit. I'm gonna go find Natalie guys. Cya later. He walks through prom, and a good dancing song was playing and everybody started dancing more and having fun, as it got louder
Haruto: I think I'll go talk to Katie. Haruto gets up and looks for Katie on the dance floor. He then realizes how f--king hot it is in the place. Fortunately, there's an outside area with more snacks and drinks. He looks for a cup of water and picks one up, then looks up and sees Katie reaching for the one next to the one he picked up.
Katie: Found ya! She poked him lightly on the nose before taking a sip of water How are you holding out, Hunter?
Haruto: Bored. Screwing around with my time stop. Not much else. He takes a sip of water before he sees Katie back up and someone pats him a bit aggressively on the back, almost making him choke.
Ty: This your friend? He has his hand on Haruto's back, meaning he was the one who basically slapped him on the back
Katie: Yep. Hunter, this is my prom date Ty. He's another old friend, though I don't think you two have met before.
Haruto: First time meeting him, alright... He turns around and faces Ty, Haruto being just a bit taller
Ty: Nice to meet you. Any friend of Katie's is my friend. He gives Haruto a smile and extends his hand
Haruto: Yeah, nice meeting you too. He shakes Ty's hand briefly and turns his attention to Katie
Katie: Well, you two talk to each other for a bit. I'm gonna talk with my other friends. See ya in a bit! She walks away to find her other friends, leaving the two guys to talk.
Ty: You're Hunter, huh? He crosses his arms and looks at Haruto
Haruto: Yes. Why...? *Is my Tokusatsu airing right now...? S-it, I think it is... I'll find the video tomorrow...*
Ty: You're really close to Katie, aren't you? Why didn't you ask her out?
Haruto: Beca-
Ty: Oh yeah, I beat you to it. Wanna know why?
Haruto: You're jealous?
Ty: You took my dear Katie from me. The girl I've loved since elementary school... And you stole her away...
Haruto: I-
Ty: Shut up! Tonight, I finally have her to myself. And you better not get in our way...
Haruto: It's not my fault I have crippling depression.
Ty: Who cares?! It's your fault for falling for her when you should've known she was out of your league! It's your fault you couldn't keep yourself off of her and let her play with you like that! That's all on you!!
Haruto: SHUT UP! He yelled pretty loud and scared a bunch of people away You're not me. Don't talk like you're me. You can finally have her all to yourself, you jealous bastard. We've already talked and agreed to move on from each other. Start dating, break up, spend time as friends, get back together, get married. I don't give a s-it. She's better off with you. With me, she'll be in harm's way every step of her life with me. Take her. She never belonged to me, she just wanted to cheer me up.
Ty: So she's all mine?
Haruto: She's free to commit to whoever she wants. If she chooses you, that's fine with me. He starts to walk away I'll be disappearing soon enough anyway...
Ty: Then she's all mine... He walks off to find Katie in the crowd of confused people. Haruto remains alone, finishing his cup of water before tossing it in the recycle and stopping time to find a corner to sulk in.
Haruto: *Caesar... you should've just taken me to the Arcana earlier... This world is irritating and full of crushed hopes...* He returns to the corner he was at earlier and resumes time, watching the crowd dance and managing to pick out Ty and Katie dancing together in there. *This is painful to watch...* He puts his right hand over where his heart is and holds it, feeling the emotional heartache inside of him and sighing. Then, he starts to sing, or rather, whisper the lyrics to a song If being born into this world is a sin that can't be erased... Then maybe living is the cross that we all have to bear...
As soon as Haruto stopped his time stop, Dom went to him.
Dominic: Haruto, what happened? He sat beside him.
Haruto: It's nothing important. He lied down on the bleachers and stared up at the dimly-lit ceiling Just met Katie's date. I talked with Katie a while back and we both agreed to move on. Don't know if I can trust her date to live with her, but if she's happy with him, it's fine by me.
Dominic: Knowing reasons why you'd start caring, I don't trust him, he seems obsessive, can you find happiness with someone who's obsessed with you?
Haruto: I think you can enjoy living with someone obsessed with you. You just need to manipulate the situation so that two of you are both equally happy somehow. But enough about me. How are you and Eli doing?
Dominic: We're stable, I mean we're not all lovey dovey, we trust each other, we feel more for each other. To be honest, I don't want to fuck it all up again, not just with her, with you guys too.
Haruto: Fair enough. He holds his hand up to the ceiling and clenches it into a fist Since you're already here, I'll tell you now. Someday, I might be going beyond the World. Don't know when, where or how specifically, but maybe I won't even go...
Dominic: Do me a favor, IF you do go, do not go out like an ass, I'm pretty sure that's my schtick.
Haruto: We'll see... He lets his fist down and starts tapping on the bleachers as if trying to find his own rhythm
Over back to Trey[]
He finally walked up to Natalie's friends who were dancing with other guys and he tapped one on the shoulder and she looked surprised and smiled as she put her ear to his mouth. Trey then spoke loud enough for her to hear him through the loud and booming music.
Trey: Hey! Do you know where Natalie is?? I haven't seen her since the last 4 songs! Is she okay??
Friend #1: No I haven't! But she left to go outside to get fresh air since she said she wasn't feeling good!
Trey: Oh... *She didn't come to me and tell her?* He sighs and tells the friend "thank you", going deeper into the prom dance and found another friend. They talked and she told Trey the same thing as the first friend. Trey just sighed once more and went to the exit, telling Dominic where he was going and left prom.
Teacher: Once you leave prom, you won't be able to get back in.
Trey: Erm, okay cool. He left the building, which wasn't school, but a rented center to have prom in. Across the street was a hotel and the road led to lots of restaurants and stores. The bright lights of the city radiated on the dark streets below, making the roads look beautiful. Trey put his hands in his pocket and smiled, then began to walk down the street, closing his eyes and listening. He faintly picked up the sound of Natalie's voice, so he concentrated harder, honing into that sound. He looked at the hotel room and it seemed to be high up. He had a confused look on his face and ran across the street, stopping when he reached the other side. He entered the hotel and the receptionist began to talk to him.
Receptionist: Hello s- Trey waved his hand in front of him which then made the receptionist stop talking to him and ignore him with his psionic powers. He walked into the stairwell and followed the sound of her voice up stairs, but then as he got higher, he started to hear yelling of some sort. He got startled and ran up the stairs, until he reached the floor she was on and walked to the door in which she was behind.
Trey: No... It seemed like time stopped around him because what he heard was unimaginable to him. He heard Natalie moaning and smacking of skin together, as well as a man grunting and saying Natalie's name. He then heard Natalie moaning the name "Adrian" and Trey couldn't contain his anger, which caused him to blow down the door only using his telekinesis. Natalie and Adrian screamed and pulled sheets over them as Trey walked in furious with his eyes glowing dark blue with cosmic energy and staring at Natalie, then at Adrian. His eyes were so hot that smoke started coming out from the sides of his eyes.
Natalie: Trey...
Trey: Natalie... Who... Why?! He blasted cosmic energy beams from his eyes at them, but it curved around them and hit the small behind them, going through it.
Natalie: AH!!! Trey stop!!
Trey: Why should I?! I never thought in a million years you'd do something like this!! People from the surrounding rooms came running in to see the commotion but Trey turned around and sent out severe psionic energy into their heads causing them to turn in pure fear and run. He turned back around to look at Natalie and Adrian.
Natalie: Look Trey... I know this seems bad... And I was gonna tell you sooner or later that-
Trey: Oh really?! When were you going to tell me Natalie. I trusted you and I had no reason to search through your fucking head that you were going to do this tonight.
Natalie: Yea but...
Trey: Wait a minute. He walks to her she winces but he grabs her head and goes through her memories. He sees all the times her and Adrian have encountered each other behind Trey's back and all the other guys she's been with. He angrily throws her to the side and she hits the floor hard.
Adrian: F-F*ck off man!!! He goes down on the floor to help Natalie but his body gets flung into the ceiling, smashing into the light, causing him to yell and bleed a little from his back. Trey stops himself and holds his hand over his face as if he's about to cry. His eyes stop glowing as they tear up and that makes Adrian drops back down to hit the floor.
Trey: F*ck you Natalie... You don't understand how much you meant to me and how happy I was with you... You seemed to have accepted me but you were with this douche this whole time behind my back!
Natalie: She starts crying but talks ...You were always f*cking weird... You always texted me, called me... You were f*cking creepy! You have no friends Trey! I felt pity for you!
Trey: He looks at her in a regretful and disturbed face and turned around ready to walk out. I get it... Nobody really wants me huh... I'm just a weird alien that nobody seems to want to talk to. Fine. Have fun with Adrian.
Natalie: Get out of here... I never want to see you again Trey..
Trey simply walked to them as they cowered in fear and placed his hands on their head and erased the memories of this encounter and after a few minutes, he finally got up and walked away. He exited the room and didn't even bother to fix the door, crying and wiping his tears as he covered his face, so any possible cameras don't see his face. Once he gets downstairs, the receptionist still has the psionic power on her so she doesn't pay attention to him as he exits the building.
Trey: Why me... He simply crosses the street and the teacher is busy, so he enters to prom building and finds his way back inside, going to the bleachers and laying there, very upset and to himself.
Over at Dominic and Eliana[]
They were dancing to a slow song, his arm around her waist, one holding her hand, and he was just happy, it was until he started grinning.
Dominic: Wanna leave prom~? I mean, consent first, I don't wanna spoil your time and experience here with that...activity...
Eliana: It's getting late anyway, my friends have all left. And if I have to listen to Despacito again I'm gonna kill myself. So let's go out of here for a bit...
Dominic chuckled, and his phone rang seeing it was his mom, and he shrugged turning off his phone.
Dominic: Must've misdialed...So limo, or go somewhere in style?
Eliana: Let's not go too far, I wanna be back in time to leave with the others, so wherever you take us, let's go your way... She laughed.
He laughed as he held her hand, running out of prom, and once they did he armored up, and picked up Eliana
Dominic: Tell me how high and fast... He said as he just flew higher than the Center where prom was being held
Eliana: Heh, not used to this. Just get us somewhere without attracting a news chopper or something haha.
He just chuckled, as he quickly flew to a secluded area not too far from the prom building, seeing an ambulance below, he then landed outside the building putting her down, and unarmored himself, as they went in...
Two Hours Later...[]
Eliana and Dominic met up with Haruto and Trey after prom had ended outside the prom hall, as it was getting cleaned up. It was 1:30 am, and nearly everyone had left. The group was walking down the street away from the prom building, talking about the night, though Eliana realised everyone, except Dom, was oddly quiet.
Eliana: Everyone had fun? Didn't know prom was that depressing for you guys haha...?
Trey: I don't want to talk about it.. Sorry. He had his hands in his pockets as he fiddled with the keys in one pocket as he kept sulking.
Haruto: I don't think I can trust anyone outside of this group anymore... He had his hand in his pockets as well, looking at his pocket watch to check the time before putting it away
Eliana: Damn. Well I had fun, but proms are overrated anyway, right?
They head further down the street in mostly silence, until they change direction around a street corner. Suddenly they all stop walking, staring in horror at the middle of the empty street. There was a pile of dead bodies, mutilated and torn apart, lying on the road. There was a pool of blood around them, indicating that the bodies were fresh, and they were all wearing homemade costumes, some had mutations, but the Absconders could tell they were all minor superheroes, some were particularly young. After coming to realise what they were looking at, the group noticed a figure standing on top of a building directly in front of them, watching them. The figure had his back to the Moon, so left a large shadow on the floor.
Eliana: What the f*ck...
Dominic: Hey! You! Up there! Did you or did you not?! Dominic gritted his teeth as he armored up.
Figure: Hello, Absconders. This is the first time we met face-to-face, I believe.
Eliana: Who are you?! Are you one of the assassins?!
Figure: Close. I am a little higher up than those with lesser gifts. But my men have failed to kill you many times, and I don't appreciate the fact you are trying to find me, Eliana. So I've decided to meet you myself, and to kill you myself.
Eliana: You... You're Zacharia Martell?! One of the Seven Virtues!
Zacharia: Correct. He jumps down, hovering to the ground slowly. The group now sees that he is a tan male wearing a light grey coloured variant of the cloaks worn by the assassins. He also has an eagle symbol on his back, the symbol on the backs of all assassin members.

Your friend Thaddeus lead us right to you, though he refused to give you up until this morning, he required special types of torture. But now I'm here, and your little team is impeding my plans. The attack on the Centre failed to destroy you, but I won't. He holds his arms out to the sides of his body, and two mini black holes form around them, waiting for someone to attack.
Dominic stood in front of Eliana, as he went into Warbird protocol charging up weapons as his visor glowed furiously.
Dominic: Listen buddy, unless you're planning a suicide tactic, back the hell off! How in all manners of Hell in any religion could you take pride, no, no, bask in killing children!?
Zacharia: It is necessary for the new world we are introducing. And for the new to be created, the old must be destroyed. He lifts his foot up, as the light around it starts distorting, then he stomps the floor, causing the ground to ripple and the concrete to be pushed up in a line at the group.
Haruto: Is that so...? He stops time without any visible cues to avoid the Virtue from catching onto his time stopping, running up and uppercutting Zacharia as hard as possible and using cosmic energy to enhance his attack before returning to his position prior and resuming time's flow, as if nothing had ever happened.
Zacharia flew back in the air, doing a back flip, but catching himself in a gravity field, and starts hovering in place. Meanwhile the concrete attack forces all the Absconders to fall over, as Zacharia raises his arm. He makes the ground beneath them break off and lift up, the whole floor flying, then tosses it into a nearby building.
Haruto quickly transformed into his World armor and punched the chunk of ground they were on, using his Strength card's abilities to manipulate the ground so that it segmented and crashed in a way that softened their impact.
Haruto: Damn... is everyone ok?!
Eliana: Yeah... Thanks. She combusts in Ruby energy, while also forming her super suit glowing red. She then dashes at Zacharia, leaving red after-images of herself, and throws a charged punch at him. Zacharia dodges then lifts Eliana up with gravity then slams her down into the ground. He lifts her up again, but Eli fires a rapid fire shot of multiple red plasma blasts. Zacharia halts them midair, then dissipates them. He then shifts gravity to throw Eliana into the group, while also charging her with gravity so she explodes like a gravity bomb, blasting the group outwards.
Zacharia: If this is your resistance then I fail to understand why it took so many men to kill you before.
Dominic growled a bit, as he recovered, using his Rebirth Protocol's tendrils to grab everyone, as he held himself on the ground, making sub-machineguns, opening fire as he got each Absconder near him, and made lazer like ends on the tendrils and fired them as well, all heading for Zacharia.
Zacharia held out a hand and suddenly the light around him distorted and time slowed down in the area. He walked around the lasers and threw a gravity bomb at the group, sucking them all into one point then blowing up. He then lifted up a nearby building and threw it on them with gravity.
Haruto jumped up and stopped time again, using the Hanged Man to split up into multiple copies of himself so he could punch through the entire building and restore it almost immediately to the point in time before Zacharia used it as a giant crusher. With time still stopped and multiple Haruto copies, he began to beat down on Zacharia as much as he possibly could with 5 seconds before returning to the group as one single Haruto and resuming time.
Haruto: *Can't lead him onto my time stop... this is our ultimate ace, and we can't have him formulating counters for it...* Guys, any thoughts on how to take him down?!
Eliana: We should just swarm him, from all angles!
Zacharia: You can try. Eliana combusts into Ruby energy again and dashes on the side of the buildings and around him then attacks him from behind. She absorbs some rubble and forms a great sword and slashes it at him. Zacharia causes the ground beneath Eliana to sprout up and blast her upwards, then forms the concrete into jagged spikes using the pressure of gravity. He then attracts Eliana to the spikes as she shoots downwards to the spikes. She gets pierced by some spikes through her torso and stomach and coughs up a lot of blood, pulling herself off the spikes slowly, but Zacharia walks up to her and uses his leg to push her back into the spikes and impaling her again.
Haruto summoned one copy and made himself invisible as the copy attempted to tackle Zacharia off of Eli. Zacharia smirked and used his gravity to hold the copy up, moving his hands and smashing him into the wall over and over.
Zacharia: Oh, this is so pathetic. Why did my men have such problems with you scum? He smashed Haruto's copy into the wall one more time before turning around to see a group of Haruto copies running at him. Is that all you've got, peasant? He lifts up all the copies and brings them arm's length from him. This is all the so-called "Absconders" have to offer? I may have overestimated you fools, but I can never be too cautious... He turns around and holds up Haruto with his gravity, all of them struggling.
Haruto: Gravity manipulation...? Interesting. He makes his hand into a fist, then presses his thumb down on his index finger, as if detonating something. Try this. He smirked under his helmet as the clones and himself explode with a large amount of force each and having their armor act as shrapnel to damage Zacharia as much as possible.
Zacharia: Bastard...! He tries to wave the copies away, but the ones closest to him are blasted towards him from the ones further away, sending two or three directly at him and blasting him away from impaled Eli.
Haruto: That should take care of him for a bit... Haruto fades back into view and helps Eli up, using his Restoration ability to heal her up and restore some of her strength and stamina Better?
Eliana: Yeah... Thanks.
Zacharia: The shrapnel presses out and falls out of his body using his powers. You're not the only superhero team in the city. Many have fallen before you, many remain to be destroyed. He raises his foot, then stomps the ground, sending a very powerful shockwave outwards which destroys the concrete and levels several buildings in the area. He points at Haruto and suddenly all the rubble and debris flies at him rapidly from all angles.
Haruto: *Great...* He stops time and the rubble and debris simply stops. He takes a breath before taking out a card for Restoration and a card for Detonation, merging them together before leaving a copy of himself in stopped time, holding the card. *Take one for the team, bro.* He turns invisible before detonating the Restoration-copy bomb and resuming time simultaneously so that all the debris and rubble is blasted with a wave of energy that resets them to their original spots. Haruto himself remains invisible and opens a mental communication link with the rest of the team Guys, I've cloaked myself. I'll try and sneak around a bit and see if I can get and advantage over him for you guys.
Dominic: You take the back, I'll take his front, last year had to set up limiters so I wouldn't have another Beast mode incident, now's the time to let it out I guess. Dom yells at Zacharia to get his attention, as he showed the metallic teeth and the slight shifting in his Rebirth Protocol, as he became more monstrous as tendrils sprouted from his back furiously and green Positronic and Mental energy seeps out of his body as he roars. Zacharia stands straight, looking unimpressed, as Dominic leaped forward about to slam both his arms onto Zacharia, but Zacharia raises an arm blocking it with gravity powers as the impact made a shockwave, Dominic losing two arms in the process.
Zacharia: Like every child born with a silver spoon, you say you're big, but here you are, armless... Dom tries to bite at him, but he gets his jaw broken, as he reels back and roars a bit from the pain, in response Zacharia breaks his right leg a bit and roundhouse kicks him away.
Dominic: *Calm down Dom, it doesn't hurt as much as last time you felt this!* He growled, as he healed himself up and got himself together as he went into Speed Demon Protocol, in his bestial state it had a tail, hind legs and claws as he ran fast at max speed, trying to blitz him, even bringing some rubble, dust, debris and vehicles following him due to his speed, as Zacharia blocked each streak, the last one ended up having Dom's head cave in. But he healed and turned into a Bestial Gamma Protocol, which was 20 feet tall in this state, and he was about to give an extremely powerful punch, but Zacharia merely made his arm go in a wave and push motion as Dom was pushed back the form getting disconnected from its upper body, as two bodies came out of it Dom in his normal state more damaged state, and Dominic seeing the figure of hs nightmares and hallucinations, Wicked, as it felt itself up, and looked at Dom and grinned as it ran.
Dominic: *No....NO!* Dominic in the confusion and fear was kicked in the face by Zacharia and brought back to reality.
Zacharia: Face it, you're weak, Hell I'm surprised you of the four made it this far. Dominic, in a sudden move, made an energy shockwave a bit, to distract Zacharia, next thing he saw was Dominic high in the air in Warbird Protocol and using a slight microphone so Zacharia could hear.
Dominic: You want me to show you what got me far!? He reveals the wrist mounted guns, shoulder mounted missiles, Lazer projectors on his chest, and his wings jutting forward as they coursed with energy. It's the fact that power is f-cking bull! So f-ck physical feats! F-ck the Assassin! And most especially F-CK YOU! He yelled as a gigantic beam was fired out, however Zacharia just scoffs and uses the force of gravity to push it back as it was deflected back at Dominic as it stopped maintaining its form, revealing a charred, slightly broken suit, with his helmet gone revealing his face as he crashed to the ground F-ck you... He panted.
Eliana dashed at Zacharia from the side after he was distracted by Dom, and Zacharia turned to face her, not seeming bothered. Eliana lunged at him and grabbed his face beneath his hood, and started extracting his life energy from him. It was hard, but she managed to absorb so much Ruby energy that her hair started glowing fiery hot pink. She then formed a large arm-blade made of pure pink Ruby energy and stabbed it into Zacharia, but he seemed undisturbed. He gripped her neck and started strangling her, then threw her back at an extreme speed into the pile of superhero corpses. He roared, as gravity around him rippled and pushed nearby objects and cracked the concrete, as if powering up, and then the wound left by Eliana healed up fast. Meanwhile Eliana was whimpering inside the pile of corpses, looking around at the faces of dead heroes, and started tearing up. She pulled herself to her feet and looked at Zacharia, as he smiled at her. Suddenly, her pink glow shifted to a blood-red, her red hair becoming darker and her skin more grey. She absorbed her own life energy and converted it to Ruby energy, and started looking more like a bloody corpse herself as a result. She then burst with a sanguine-coloured aura and dashed at Zacharia, but he dodged sideways, but she turned and dashed at him again, faster this time.
Zacharia: Your powers are nothing compared to my gift. Eliana growls and charges at him with a glowing fist, punching him in the gut as her fist explodes, burning his clothes and him. She punches him more, followed by Ruby explosions, but he dodges some. He then grabs her hair and pulls it, he looks up at the sky and sees an aeroplane flying past, he throws Eliana across the floor then raises his hands. The aeroplane comes crashing down and hits Eliana, with an explosion big enough to engulf the Absconders with it, but Zacharia diverts the fire away from himself with his powers. Eliana emerges from the flames weak and coughing, her Ruby abilities fading as she falls unconscious. The entire battlefield is filled with fire and metal pieces now as Zacharia watches around for any survivors.
Haruto and Trey appear from behind Zacharia with cosmic energy in their hands, firing them directly into Zacharia. Zacharia deflects them by creating a dense point of gravity behind him to warp their trajectory back at them. Haruto grabs Trey's hand and swings him closer to Zach so they can fist-fight. Zacharia scoffs, sending him away with a gravity pulse. Haruto catches Trey mid-air and they land on the ground together.
Zacharia: Is that all you can do...? He cracks his knuckles as Haruto and Trey stand back up.
Haruto: Let's do this, Trey.
Trey: Hell yea...
Haruto: Feel the wrath... He holds out his palm and charges cosmic energy into it
Trey: Of two cosmic forces! Trey charges his own palm with cosmic and high-fives Haruto, causing the cosmic energy to disperse against each other before the two use more energy to boost themselves right at Zacharia in the blink of an eye. Trey augments his fist with energy and uppercuts Zacharia while Haruto appears above him with his Star Slasher in sword mode, cutting into Zacharia as he's distracted from Trey's punch.
Zacharia: Tch. You got lucky with that! He uses his gravity to make Haruto and Trey orbit him while he gathers surrounding debris to attack them with the force of bullets Let's see if you can withstand this... He continues gathering debris while also sending more to attack them
Haruto: Trey, distract him! He switches the Star Slasher into gun mode and begins charging it to its maximum output for one shot while Trey uses his cosmic energy to blast away any debris. He then starts stopping time in intervals to find a spot where he can shoot Zacharia, using it sparingly so the Virtue doesn't catch onto his plan
Trey: Gotcha! He focuses his lasers on Zacharia, who uses rubble to block them before sending the shards flying at Trey.
Zacharia: This is pathetic... He continues blocking Trey's beams as he makes them orbit around him faster and faster, but he's stopped when a massive blast of cosmic energy hits him from behind and forces him into a nearby wall, causing the orbit around him to cease due to lack of concentration in maintaining it. What...?! Where did that come from?!
Haruto: Gotcha... He warps back into resumed time and helps Trey up You alright?
Trey: Yea... Just dizzy, that's all. He shakes his head from being spun around so quick and then being thrown into a wall because physics. He then uses his energy to dispel the negative effects of being spun around that quick. Did you get him?
Haruto: Hit him with the most powerful charge I could get out of the Star Slasher without using another Card to augment. Don't expect him to be down completely.
Trey: Then let's kick his ass! He rushes towards Zacharia and shape-shifts his hand into an axe, swinging it at Zacharia. The blade gets caught by a gravity distortion, but Trey smirks as he forces some cosmic energy through the axe blade as a destructive energy wave, which reaches Zacharia since he wasn't expecting that. Haruto, go for it!
Haruto: Thank you! He jumps up and slashes down on Zacharia with his Star Slasher, taking his concentration from Trey so he can cast an illusion that leaves a cosmic energy replica in his place while Trey's actually invisible Take him down! Trey and Haruto slash at Zacharia at the same time with energy-boosted attacks before charging their entire bodies with energy to augment their speed temporarily so they can continue slashing at rapid speeds.
Zacharia: Enough!!! He blasts the two away with an outward Gravity pulse, caving in part of the building he had landed in and causing it to collapse on top of him. He floats out of the mess unharmed by using a gravity field to shield himself, only to be knocked to the ground by Trey kicking him with a heavily armored boot and blasting him with cosmic energy. Zacharia gets sent flying and sees only the building ahead, before Haruto suddenly appears in front of him, flying right at him with his Star Slasher Foolish superhumans! He suspends himself mid air and forces Haruto to orbit him You don't understand how much more power my gifts hold over your filthy abilities!! YOU CANNOT DEFEAT A SINGLE VIRTUE, LET ALONE ALL OF US!!!
Haruto: That's where you're wrong... He smirks under his mask as he holds up his fist with his thumb up Your gifts may have power on their own... He clicks his thumb down on his fist, as if detonating something
Trey: But it can't beat the power of teamwork and cooperation! Trey jumps up with a large ball of cosmic energy and throws it at Zacharia. Just as Haruto connects his thumb to his fist, the energy ball hits Zacharia and detonates with several tons of forces, knocking away everyone and sending them all into buildings.
Haruto: Hahaha, holy s-it, that was great... He tells Trey through a mental link as he gets up and looks around You good?
Trey: Great. He got up and flew to where Haruto was, using their mental link to find him Think he's gone?
Haruto: Hell no. We need to find the others and regroup.
Trey: Gotcha. Let's do it! The two copy themselves and hide their real selves, sending their copies to jump out of the building and look for the others through the ruined buildings as Zacharia levitates out of a pile of rubble and holds them in place with gravity
Zacharia: Where do you think you're going...? He brings them arms length from his body and holds them in mid-air Thinking your teammates can save you when you can't even find them? How pitiful.
Trey: Who knows?
Haruto: Maybe the things you're holding... Trey and Haruto begin to fade away as Zacharia is impaled by two swords. Haruto is holding Mifune's sword, infused with cosmic energy while Trey is holding the Star Slasher, also infused with energy
Trey: Aren't the real deal! They both slash outward before kicking Zacharia with cosmic energy to send him flying far into a building. The two get up and fist-bump each other before Trey turns around to look at how far Zacharia flew Whew! That was awesome! He tosses the Star Slasher back to Haruto after the latter had sheathed Mifune's sword
Haruto: Yeah. Now we can find the others. While he's distracted.
Trey: Alright. Let's rally up the Absconders again!
They find Eliana in the rubble and help her out, her burns healing very slowly, but she wakes up.
Eliana: Ugh, it's okay I can walk. Did you defeat him?
To their surprise, the ground starts rumbling, as all the rubble and debris starts hovering. The concrete on the ground starts to crack and rip out the ground and hover. All of this suddenly gravitates to one direction behind a building, then they heard loud thuds of concrete slapping together. Then, a large figure climbs slowly over one of the buildings, crushing it beneath it. It's Zacharia, but he formed a concrete beast using his gravity powers. Eliana watched in fear as the stared at them.

Eliana: Okay, HOW do we defeat THAT?
Trey, Haruto and Dominic come together with Eliana ready to take on Zacharia. They run at the beast as it starts making its way towards them, they jump at it, flanking it from all sides and attack it. They manage to crack the outer concrete layer, but the beast turns around and grabs Dominic in its mouth, crushing him then throwing him to the side. Trey and Haruto try attacking it from the top but it suddenly bursts with gravity, holding them in a gravity field, then turns to them and claws them. Eliana fires many explosive Ruby shots at the monster but it opens its mouth and fires many attractive concrete rocks at her. She disintegrates some but gets knocked by one and she lands on the ground. It stomps on her several times before turning to the other three. They again charge at the beast but it uses a mix of gravity and earth based attacks to strike them, and its shell has too many layer for them to break. It has many spikes on it which it uses to tear their bodies apart, and then pins them all to the floor with high gravity. After half an hour of fighting, the Absconders are all too tired to continue and are weakened greatly. The beast suddenly sits and its chest splits open and curls back, and Zacharia flies out looking at them. They weakly attempt to get up and drag themselves away as Zacharia laughs at their attempts.
Zacharia: Impressive, isn't it? This power is what you're missing out on, but once your lives are wiped everyone can have a taste. There's no use trying to run, because it's all over now, for you... He holds his hands together as if holding an air ball in his palms, then suddenly gravity around his hands starts to become more powerful, as a mini black hole forms in his hands. He smiles at them, then throws the black hole at them as they try to run away. It hits the ground and starts expanding, with enough power to suck in everything, even the light around them.
Haruto: I guess it's no use hiding it anymore... Za Warudo! Toki yo tomare!! Haruto jumps and points at the black hole, stopping time just as he appears to get sucked in. In frozen time, he lands on the black hole as if it were a platform as he sees Origin (Caesar) poke his hand through the black hole and pull his way through it, as if it were one of his portals.
Caesar: A black hole, huh? Holy s-it dude, the hell are you fighting?
Haruto: Hell if I know. You got a way to deal with this?
Caesar: Yeah, it's called "Call in a favor from the Arcana." They'll take care of this, don't worry. He exits the black hole portal and stands up, looking around Jeez... the f--k is even happening right now?
Haruto: We're facing off against some weird assassin bulls-it. They just left us a black hole to try and kill us.
Caesar: Well then. Alright, let's see here... which Arcana specializes in black holes...? He pulls out a smartphone and begins scrolling through some stuff
Haruto: Where did you get that?
Caesar: A while ago. I visit this place every now and then to keep up with modern times, dude. Not that hard to just buy a smartphone from a store.
Haruto: Eh, fair enough.
Caesar: Aaaand, we're good. Jump through, Arcana Ombra will take care of this.
Haruto: That's it? He looked at the Black hole, then to the Absconders, then to Caesar
Caesar: Yeap. That's it.
Haruto: Gotcha... He sighs before stepping up to the portal, then turning around to face the team one more time I'll be back guys.
Caesar: Done being sentimental?
Haruto: ...Yeah. Let's get this over with. He falls backwards into the portal and is sucked through time and space to the world of the Arcana. Caesar jumps through after him, while a hand made of what appeared to be the blackness of space reached out of the portal. Purple energy coursed through the hand as it grabbed the edges of the black hole and pulled it inwards, causing it to collapse into itself as time on Earth resumed its flow and the black hole vanished without a trace. To the Absconders, it seemed like Haruto had sacrificed himself to destroy the black hole in stopped time, and was disintegrated with it. The team watched in shock, before using his sacrifice to finally escape Zacharia Martell. They had just lost their original member, and one of their best friends...
