Clone from different cells of mutants from the 21 century by The Association take from old Weapon x programs after the fall of the America goverenment. The Weapon a.k.a Weapon XL was activated when Herod fall.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

He has been Enhanced to levels unobtainable by normal human beings.

Superhuman Regenerative Healing Factor: As efficient as the healing powers possessed by Wolverine.

Superhuman Strength: He is able to lift up to 1 ton.
Superhuman Speed: He can, run and or exercise as well as operate at superhuman speeds hence his overall body equilibrium is also heightened can run and move at speeds that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete although he isn't nearly as fast as speedsters. With his speed, he can outrun vehicles.

Superhuman Agility: The Weapon's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. He can coordinate his body with balance,flexibility, and dexterity.

Superhuman Reflexes: His reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete. He dodge gunfire/Lasers even in short range from multiple gunners at the same time.

Superhuman Senses: The Weapon's senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch are above limits of human potential.

1.Telescopic vision: The Weapon's visual acuity is considerably beyond that of a normal human. He can see objects at much greater distances, with perfect clarity, relative to an ordinary human. He is able to see the flicker-fusion horizon(the speed at which some objects appear as a blur) in his eyes is superior to other people. what appears as a blur to most people, he can see perfectly.

Night Vision: He can see in the dark without aid.

2.Super hearing: is the ability to hear sounds, frequencies, and pitches that not normal humans can not.

3.Super Smell: is the ability to smell things at greater distances and with greater accuracy than normal Humans.

4.Super Taste: is the ability to experiences the sense of taste with far greater intensity than average.

5.Super Touch: The Weapon has this ability to Wallcrawling like Spiderman.

Optic Blasts: The Weapon's eyes were engineered to allow him to emit similar optic blasts that Scott Summers produces. He has limited control of this however and when he unleashes these blasts the surrounding skin is burned creating his signature eye markings.
Adamantium Blades: Two Adamantium blades were implanted in his forearms, and can retract at will much like Wolverine's claws. Unlike Wolverine's claws, his blades are much longer, meaning that he can attack from longer and safer distance. Though better, blades have one drawback to claws, as Wolverine can walk on walls thanks to his claws (3x2 claws vs 2 longer swords.)
Phase-Jumping: He was given powers like John Wraith's power to teleport from place to place almost instantaneously.
Static Absorption & Manipulation:: The weapon has power like Chris Bradley.
Survivability:
Mental Hallucination:He can create all sorts of hallucinations that can cause the victims to be distracted and even go insane from the wild sensation.

Abilities

Multi-lingual: He is able to speak every language know to man.

Master Martial Artist: He was programed in many martial arts disciplines and is extremely talented in the use of edged weapons and conventional firearms.

Expert Assassin: He knows every pressure point and vulnerable spot on the human body and is able to turn virtually any object into a deadly weapon capable of incapacitating or killing an enemy. The Weapon is a deadly assassin often hired by the likes of the MegaCrops for covert assassinations.

Weapons Proficiency: He is programed how to use every weapon known to man (swordsmanship, stick fighting etc.)

Expert Marksman: The Weapon has unerring accuracy and deadliness borders on the uncanny.
