Thanos is the secondary antagonist of Marvel Ultimate Alliance: Doom's Reckoning.
History[]
When Thanos and his Black Order launched a siege on Asgard in an attempt to claim the Space Stone, they accidentally freed Odin's prisoners, Doctor Doom and Loki. Amused by their status and power, Thanos agreed to form an alliance with the sole purpose of amassing enough cosmic power to bring the universe to its knees.
However, after a scramble to collect the items of power against Nick Fury's Ultimate Alliance, Thanos eventually ended up wielding the Infinity Gauntlet. Believing himself to no longer need Doom's assistance, he betrayed him, unaware that Doom now wielded the Odinforce, which he used to obliterate Thanos, claiming the Infinity Stones for himself.
