Synopsis for "Spider-Man: Dark Generation"Edit
Robbie Robertson reports the news that Peter Parker also known as the hero Spider-Man is dead. This news reaches the Parker household and severely saddens Mary Jane Parker, Peter's wife, their son Ben spots MJ dropping the remote in saddens and expresses concern. MJ without saying a word informs Ben that his father is dead saddening him and the 2 cry together, Mayday walks through the door and like how MJ did to him without words they inform her that Peter is dead. Due to Mayday and Peter having had a close father-daughter relationship Mayday is severely saddened by this and runs up to her room and cries. Years later Ben develops powers and takes on the mantel of "The Spider-Man" and hunts down Mac Gargan the Scorpion in anger and kills him in cold blood, Gargan before his death taunts Ben haunting him.
The police catch Ben but he runs away before they can arrest him, however Ben is caught by his sister Mayday who entraps him in one of her webs. Mayday explains to Ben what their father meant and about his teachings and how Ben was doing the opposite of what their father would've wanted him to do. Ben realizes his wrongdoings and on the walk home May reminds Ben of the "With great power, must come great responsibility" and so Ben makes slight changes with his outfit. Later on Ben asks his crush Valeria Richards out on a date and she accepts however on the day of the date, Carnage attacks the city and Ben fights him. However due to his scent being similar to his father's Carnage mocks him causing Ben to briefly lose control until he gets distracted by a flashback making Carnage able to pin him to a wall.
However before Carnage can kill Ben, Ben's date Valeria Richards and her brother Franklin Richards also known as Powerhouse and Brainstorm and the 2 person team making up the Fantastic Two stop Carnage. The 3 then work together to take down Carnage and Ben wanting to make it to his and Valeria's date tries to act like a different person in front of Franklin and Valeria. However due to Valeria's intelligence she easily guesses that "The Spider-Man" and her date Ben Richard Parker are the same person. As the 2 grow they fall in love and Mayday even finds love herself in the form of Norman "Normie" Harold Osborn and eventually Ben gets married to Valeria and Mayday gets married to Normie with them having children. Ben teaches his child the lessons he learned growing up and Ben sees that there are beginning to be more Spider-People and so makes and elite team of Spider-People composed of only family members that he calls the "Spider-Family".
