History
As Peter Parker was globally expanding Parker Industries, he decided to extend his crimefighting scope worldwide. In order to do this, he started recruiting fellow arachnid heroes and stationing them internationally. Miguel O'Hara was his second-in-command, while Peter left New York City in the capable hands of Spider-Boy and Miles Morales.
Civil War II
When Agent Venom returned to Earth, he and the Venom symbiote battled Miles. Flash called him a usurper, but changed his mind after Miles incapacitated him with a Venom Blast. Following this, Miles called Spider-Man to inform him of Venom's return.
Peter confronted Flash and misguidedly separated him from the symbiote. Venom then merged with Parker and after a talk, begrudgingly allowed it to return to Thompson. Agent Venom revealed that he came back to save his protégé, Andi Benton, from the Mania symbiote. Spider-Man agreed and was able to separate Mania and Andi, only to find that it was actually Andi who was affecting her symbiote. Mania had passed its Hell-Mark to its host, which only made things worse.
Flash used an elixir from Wenb to pacify the effects, but only temporarily. Agent Venom offered to take Mania back under his wing in order to find a cure. They then both joined Spider-Man Incorporated and moved back to Philadelphia.
Secret Empire
After Hydra took over the United States of America, the organization started attacking Parker Industries buildings across the globe. At the Shanghai branch, Peter was personally confronted by Superior Octopus. Octavius believed he had isolated Parker and would overwhelm him with his soldiers. Luckily, Peter's international allies were able to come to his aid and they defeated Doc Ock. Spidey knew he wasn't really loyal to Hydra and was able to appeal to Otto to return to heroics.
Superior Octopus returned to Hydra Nation as a double agent. When Miles Morales and his squad fought the faux Captain America, Otto was able to narrowly save Black Widow's life. Spider-Man Incorporated joined with a multitude of other heroes who aided in the defeat of Hydra when the nation was exposed. Afterwards, Natasha and Otto joined Spider-Man Incorporated, with Otto returning to the role of Superior Spider-Man.
Fight for Atlas City
Over the course of a year, hundreds of Atlas City inhabitants were kidnapped by a being called Naamurah. The Cyber-Spider thought he had finally caught her, only to discover it was a similar being named Daarroh. Taking him to the hospital, it was revealed Daarroh had possessed one of the abductees and cybernetically augmented him. Aaron recognized that the device used to possess the victim was similar to a neuro-interface he had previous been working on.
Exposed, Naamurah called upon the rest of the augmented abductees to seize the city. Aaron called Spider-Man Incorporated and the Spider-Friends to help him stop the interdimensional beings. The spiders were overrun, until he realized he could use Madame Web's abilities to send the beings back to the Dream Dimension. The pair and a squad of heroes returned to his lab in order to use the neuro-interfaces to lock them back up. They were followed by Naamurah and Aaron was barely able to trap her. He took out the neuro-interface and connected it to Madame Web. Using her astral projection, they were able to send out feedback that freed all the abductees and closed their entry point.
