History

Skurge was one of the greatest fighters to ever wage war on behalf of Asgard. He often fought alongside the princes, Thor and Balder, and was in high consideration for joining the King's Guard.
However, before such a promotion could be made, Skurge crossed paths with Amora the Enchantress. Skurge instantly fell in love with her, which was only reinforced by her magical kiss. For the next several years, Skurge served as her personal Executioner, fighting her battles and protecting her from enemies.
When the Serpent rose up and began laying waste to the Nine Realms, Skurge was able to convince Amora that they needed to help defend Asgard. They fought alongside Thor, and found themselves present at the Battle of Tonsberg. During the chaos, Skurge threw himself in front of a fire demon's blade to protect Amora, and died in her arms. He stared into her eyes as they genuinely watered for him, being welcomed into Valhalla for his noble act of sacrifice. It wasn't until after his death, however, that the Battle of Tonsberg was brought to a standstill by the arrival of the Allfather.
