History
When World War 2 ended, Hydra repurposed the Red Skull’s DNA and bred a son, Albert. However, Albert was kept a secret and Hydra attempted to mold him into the perfect replacement for his father, which resulted in him abandoning Hydra.
He eventually sought refuge with a woman named Amanda Carter and sired a daughter named Peggy. Hydra deemed this unacceptable and abducted him from his family, forcibly extracting his DNA to give birth to Sin, the Red Skull’s granddaughter.
Sin was everything Hydra had hoped Albert would be. She embraced her lineage and wanted to live up to the legacy her grandfather left for her. Her fierce determination made it hard for Hydra to rain her in, eventually leading to her becoming one of the heads.
She became determined to do what her grandfather couldn’t and kill Captain America, and even decided it was her duty to kill her cousin Peggy, who had become Captain Britain. She quickly became a thorn in the Avengers’ side, and wound up leading the charge when Hydra invaded New York City. Sin was ultimately successful in assassinating President Wesley Marshall, unaware that she was paving the way for Captain America to become President. She has since gone into hiding, vowing to help Hydra rebuild power and one day take the world back for themselves.
