Scott Elliot Summers was the first-born son of Christopher and Katherine Summers. After the birth of his brother, Alex, Scott began to regress socially, erroneously believing that his parents cared about his brother more than him and were no longer concerned for his well-being. To this end, he wanted to be an alpha male, akin to his father, who he deeply admired, due to his past in the U.S. Air Force and his skill navigating the Alaskan wilderness they called home.
