History

Scoobert Doobert III, or Scooby-Doo for short, was a talking dog capable of speaking broken English. Joining his master, he became a member and, as the only non-human, mascot of a detective agency.

He was among those teleported to Reality: MS-0815 through a rift and recruited by War Machine into the Avengers Alliance to oppose the reality's tyrannical ruler: God Emperor Doom. Scooby-Doo was appointed leader of the subdivision Pet Avengers. Meanwhile, he returned to mascot status, having his face plastered on flags and bunkers.

• This character is an adaptation of Scooby-Doo, a character created by Ken Spears and Joe Ruby and first appeared in the episode "What a Night for a Knight" of the series Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!. Scooby-Doo was first adapted into Marvel comics by Bill Ziegler and Dan Spiegle, in Scooby-Doo #1.
