History
Early Life
Young Robert Banner grew up with his alcoholic father who would never understand and didn't want to understand his son's brilliance in the fields of science. Robert would be verbally abused by his father daily and is often told he wouldn't amount to anything. This would fuel Robert with determination.
After graduating from ESU, Robert would get a job as an assistant at Oscorp. This would excite Robert since he would be able to do some on the field learning with some of Oscorps best.
Things would take a turn for the worst as Harry Osborn and his assistants are pushing to move forward with an unstable drug known as "O Formula", the O formula is Oscorps variation of the Super Soldier serum and they claim their formula is just as potent.
Robert was one of the many subjects to take the O formula. Robert had a very unusual reaction to the formula even by Oscorp standards and immediately had tests ran on him. The formula would turn him into a big green humanoid monster whenever Robert was stressed or anxious and in this form, he becomes an unstoppable raging monster that will crush anything in his way!
Robert "Bruce" Banner
Oscorp higher ups had a plan on how to use Banner as their weapon to draw out ALLSTAR in order to get Intel on each member and perfect the O Formula. The shady Oscorp higher ups had Robert in a designated location in the middle of the city in order to trigger his anxiety and transform, thus drawing out ALLSTAR.
Banner managed to single handedly defeat ALLSTAR with his overwhelming strength. The situation has now escalated to the point that Nick Fury has decided to initiate a mission assembling top men to corner Banner in an undisclosed area and either subdue him or kill him since Banner currently does not have any control of his transformation or even how or when it will trigger. In the words of Nick Fury, Banner is considered a "country level threat" and may be even beyond that as his full potential is yet to be seen.
Hulk vs The Wolverine
Left with no other option, Nick Fury would be forced to call an old associate, Wolverine, into bringing the Hulk down by any means necessary even if that means killing him. Banner would flee to the Savage Land after the encounter with Fury's team which is also where Wolverine would track him. Wolverine found Hulk, in Banner form, in some sort of cave. Banner pleaded for Wolverine to leave him alone to which Wolverine simply could not which irritated Banner into transforming back into the Hulk and a violent fight breaks out between the two. Wolverine manages to get several stabs and cuts on the Hulk which angered the Hulk even more and increased his strength. The fight got more intense the angrier the two got and ended in a stalemate with Wolverine passing out and Hulk reverting back to Banner and also passing out.
Nick Fury with some ALLSTAR associates arrived to retrieve both men and Banner would be captured by ALLSTAR and kept under heavy surveillance.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Unique Physiology: Banner had an unusual reaction to the O Formula. Usually, the O Formula is supposed to grant the user superhuman abilities that vary by the person, however in Banner's case, not only did it give him superhuman abilities, he became more powerful than the usual as he transforms into an unstoppable monster full of rage whenever Banner is distressed, angry or anxious. Nick Fury has pointed out that Banner either needs to be controlled or put down immediately as his threat level and raw power seemingly increases every transformation.

- Bruce Banner of the All-Star Marvel universe is considerably younger than his 616 counterpart being around 19-21 upon getting his job at Oscorp.
