Early Years[]
Born the youngest child and second daughter of police officer Demetrius "Riri" Williams Sr. and his wife, a nurse, Ronnie Williams, Riri Williams (born March, 2008) would never get to know her biological father, like her elder sister Sharon and elder brother Demetrius Williams Jr. did, since he died in the line of duty six months before she was born. However she would always remember him, since her mother decided to make her name his nickname. Even after her mother re-married an aeronautical engineer named Gary Frisco. Whom Riri became particularly close too very quickly, given their shared loved of building machines. A habit Ruri began at the age of three. Though that didn't take away from the behavioral issues her mother and step-father noted. Which only seemed to get worse as she got older. So in light of this when Riri was five years old her parents consulted with a child psychologist, who then went on to certify Riri as a super genius after she underwent several tests. Leaving her entire family ecstatic. But it a!so caused her parents to look into special ways to help Ruri foster her talent, while also making sure to give her emotional support.
Loss of Family[]
With such high intelligence Riri generally moved at her own pace, ignoring the outside world. Leading her to become extremely introverted. Though eventually she did make a friend in a local neighborhood girl named Natalie Washington when she was ten years old. After the latter caught Riri working on some of her inventions on her families garage. Which once occurred led the two young girls to hitting it off. Her new friendship also gave Riri the courage to apply for early admission to M.I.T., since it was the same school where her favorite hero Iron Man went to and she wanted to try her hand at the same thing. Though that opportunity would be delayed by two years when the world, and the universe itself, was devastated in the wake of Thanos' infamous "snap" that decimated half the universe. Leading to Riri losing her mother Ronnie and her sister Sharon.
Family Reunion[]
In the wake of the sudden loss of her mother and sister Riri went to the very edge of a mental breakdown. Narrowly avoiding it thanks to support from Gary, Demetrius Jr., and Natalie. Along with the rest of their community who banded together in the wake of the universal loss of life. Thanks to this Riri managed to go on, until eventually she was reunited with her mother and sister after the heroes and their allies used the Infinity Gauntlet to undo Thanos' actions. However Riri's happiness would soon once again me marked with tragedy.
Losing A Friend And Father[]
Shortly after her thirteenth birthday, now after her family had spent some time together after their reunion following events with the Infinity Gauntlet, Riri felt it was now time to head to M.I.T. Especially since the school had offered her a full-ride scholarship at the beginning of the year. However before she could accept said scholarship offer while having an afternoon picnic in Marquette Park Riri, her family, and Natalie were caught up in a drive-by shooting where both Gary and Natalie lost their lives. Devastating the young genius.
Becoming Ironheart[]
In the wake of the loss of her step-father and best friend Riri once more put off going to M.I.T. She also tried to find a way to get over the deep sense of helplessness she had been constantly experiencing ever since the universal decimation in 2018. To that end she simply started tinkering, until eventually she found she and created herself a make-shift suit of armor, similar in design to her favorite hero Iron Mans, and realizing that they were similar Riri decided to follow Tony's path even further. Thus she suited up and started fighting crime in her neighborhood and all across Chicago. Her actions in turn drawing the notice of S.H.I.E.L.D. Who easily set a trap and defined her one day. Then after learning her story they introduced her directly to none other than her personal hero Anthony Stark. Who then took the young girl under his wing and began to mentor her. Since he understood her reasons for putting on her own armor. With this Riri found herself with the resources to build a real suit of armor that could rival one of Tony's. One which she began using, alongside the superhero name Ironheart.
After which she found a place amongst the Young Avengers, having been recommended for membership by Tony himself. Riri also found herself coming to terms with her own sexuality as she found herself pursued romantically by her teammate Vivian Vision. Whom she eventually realized she also liked as more than a friend. Thus the two began a romantic relationship. Now a superhero power couple like many others.

- Ironheart Armor: Riri originally used a crude suit of armor with technology reverse-engineered from the Iron Man Armor. The armor was capable of achieving flight and flipping over a speeding truck, but it fractured as a consequence of the impact. Her second suit featured cutting edge similar to Iron Man's. Which colors scheme she eventually changed.
