History[]
It was originally created by HYDRA when it was discovered by scientists that 'The Winter Soldier' was still alive inside of an ex-scientists cryochamber prototype after 4 years. With this information, they wanted to create more exactly like him. They wanted to create a branch dedicated to training soldiers, and preserving them inside these cryochambers until their next task to prevent average human aging by a long shot. Eventually this process began. They would kidnap little girls and begin training them as scientists worked on the re-creation of this chamber with 0 blueprints. This situation was difficult, since they couldn't deconstruct it for the sake of protecting the vessel inside.
In the end, over the years this chamber could not be perfected. Not because of the lack of understanding, but because what it did to the vessel as a result. The vessel didn't just come out the same age, he came out stronger. Much stronger. It was something they simply couldn't figure out. However, this didn't devastate them, since they have now built a big enough system to have infinite, unbeatable soldiers at their disposal with the perfect amount of training, manipulation, and torture. There was a loss, but not as much than assumed. The Red Room continued for decades to come, producing some of the best assassins in the world.
Creating A Widow 101[]
Schedules[]
Any new girls are immediately put into gentle schedules to ease them into their new life as a form of manipulation. Birthdays and Holidays were celebrated as a source of comfort, allowing each girl to get 1 - 3 presents on special occasions to make them feel welcome and safe. These 'gentle schedules' consist of the following below, which is most common for young girls, especially under 12.
- Breakfast + Get Ready (Brush Teeth, Get Dressed, Do Hair)
- Learning Time
- Lunch
- Ballet Practice
- Dinner
- Training (Rages Differently Depending On Several Circumstances)
- Shower + Bed
These girls must stick to the schedule given until they are proven ready to form their own. Once they do, they must stick to these schedules. Between different programs, they run several different times a day to be able to handle teaching and training every girl. Think of it like a school schedule in a way. Once they finish all their studying (typically ages 18-24) they're pulled out of any sort of learning programs and strictly focus on training. This process could be short or long depending on how quick the individual girl catches on and meets a specific standard. Some take only a few years, some take decades. Once the standards are met, they will begin missions. Eventually the schedules of an accomplished widow may become more looser, getting more free access and time to use equipment for practice, while moderated of course. With this also comes the ability to have free time, but that is limited to strictly 2 hours maximum, and only after 7 pm. This seems all too fair for slavery, but that's the point. Comfort equals cooperation, so basic human needs feel like rewards, and getting rewarded for your 'work' makes it seem more humane to the victims.
Qualifications[]
Only 2 out of 10 women/girls successfully become widows. The reason for this is due to disabilities, mental problems, or problems of any sort that could interfere with their progress. If it can not be solved through one surgical procedure, healing time that's less than 2 years, or temporary medication, then they will be killed because trying to cater to their problems would be a 'waste of time and resources.' Here are the things you could be killed for if you were to be in this situation.

- Any Visible Habits That Severely Effect Your Weight (Overeating, Anorexia, Etc.)
- Failing An Academic Test
- Failing Too Many Training Sessions
- Failing Too Many Ballet Practices / Sessions
With these intense qualifications, not many women or girls make it, but the ones who do thrive to be stone cold killers. There is of course other ways to get yourself killed, but this list is strictly for qualifications alone. If none of these apply, everything will go smoothly for the woman or girl.
Ballet[]
Ballet plays an important part in the training, as well as forming a hobby to solve the boredom of these girls. It improves stealth, poise, flexibility, and strength. While these girls practice, they eventually perform for rich folks who pay millions to see them. These aren't just average rich people. They're aware of what occurs behind closed doors, but agree to never speak on this devilish system in place. Their fascination and lack of basic emotions only makes them sick human beings who watch in awe.
Rules Of The Room[]
Missions[]
You can not fail a mission. Your failure results in your death. When being sent on a mission, a higher ranked widow will be at the ready to assassinate any widow who fails their mission. Here are ways you can fail resulting in your death.

- Getting Caught For Suspicious Behavior + Authorities Being Alerted

When there are group missions, there are commonly 3-4 widows. For more intense situations, up to 8. Once missions are completed, they're taken back to the Red Room.
Transportation[]
Transportation of Widows is a simple idea, complicated execution. Widows have no idea where the Red Room is, or how to find it if they are outside in society. The way this is kept is by Widows being blinded and escorted to the specific city of where their mission is via vehicle. Once their mission is completed, they are once again blinded and returned to the Red Room.
Graduation[]
Once a woman has succeeded the true expectations of being a Widow, she will undergo a graduation procedure. This requires the removal of their reproductive organs. Refusing this procedure is not an option, and refusing will result in death. Less than 2% of successful widows are killed due to refusing the procedure.
Bedrooms And Belongings[]
When it comes to bedrooms, generally 2 - 4 widows sleep in the name room. Bunkbeds are mandatory, as well as one pillow and one blanket. Belongings are heavily limited, and must be requested. Here are things that are off limits, and things that are deemed acceptable.
