Peter Parker, also known as the Spider-Man, was a normal teenager until he gained the abilities of a mutated spider. He decided to avenge his uncle's death, and soon set out on a path that would make him a beloved superhero. After facing the villain Vulture, he became a famous and well-known superhero in New York City. He is living with his Aunt May, and currently dating Mary Jane Watson.

- Web Shooting - Peter can shoot webs and use them to pull on objects or swing from building to building.
- Wall Crawling - Peter can crawl on walls like a spider.
- Spider Sense - Peter can sense nearby danger.
- Super Agility - Peter has greatly enhanced agility and uses it to swing around like a spider or walk on walls.
