History
Spider-Man seemingly had a similar history as his Earth-616 counterpart.
Peter Parker first met Miles Morales shortly after the Skrull War. The new Spider-Man came to Peter's aid when the latter was being attacked by killer robots. He asked Miles if he was serious about being Spider-Man, Miles affirmed that he was. Peter proceeded to give Miles his blessing to share the mantle.

While volunteering at the F.E.A.S.T. Building, Peter befriended a homeless kid named Bailey Briggs. Following an encounter with Mister Negative, Bailey gained similar powers as Peter. He confined in Peter and Parker revealed his secret identity. He took Briggs on as his partner under the codename Spider-Boy.
Doctor Octopus possessed Spider-Man's body for a year. During this period, Otto setup a company called Parker Industries. When Peter was given control of his body back, he expanded Parker Industries into a international business. He used his new resources to create Spider-Man Incorporated. Spider-Man started recruiting fellow arachnid heroes and stationing them internationally. Miguel O'Hara was his second-in-command, while Peter left New York City in the capable hands of Bailey and Miles.
