History
Early Life
Peter was the son of bio-engineers Richard and Mary Parker and happened to be a science prodigy himself. As a child Peter was sent to live with his Aunt May and Uncle Ben after his parents had mysteriously died in a plane crash while they were on their way to a science conference in Washington D.C.
Life before the powers

Now fifteen-years-old, Peter was at the top of his class and had a part-time job as a web designer at the Daily Bugle while also taking pictures of various superheroes for the Bugle when asked.
While Peter had a lot going for him career-wise, his high school life wasn't the best. He was a social outcast, constantly cyber bullied and bullied in person by Flash Thompson and his cronies, he was ridiculed for his hobby in photography, science and superheroes like the Fantastic Four and the Avengers, although one person always stuck with him; Mary Jane Watson, Peter's best friend since he first moved in with his Aunt and Uncle, it was also obvious that the two had crushes on each other.
The Spider Bite
A year after the Mole Man Invasion and a few months after the Attack of Ultron, New York had entered an Age of Heroes, superheroes began popping up left right and center in New York and Peter's destiny would determine he'd become one of them.
While walking home after receiving his pay check from the Daily Bugle, Peter saw one of his favorite superheroes; Daredevil battling it out with the international cat burglar; the Black Cat, Peter watching and awe and snapping pictures of the fight, he sees Daredevil knock a container containing a spider with an Oscorp label out of her bag with his Billy Club, it lands in front of Peter's feet and wanting to help, Peter takes the container, puts it in his bag and runs in an alley way followed closely by Black Cat, she throws a shuriken at him ripping his bag and breaking the container, as Black Cat is about to take the spider, Daredevil begins attacking her once more. On the ground Peter continues to watch the fight only to be oblivious to the spider crawling on his hand, it bites him and out of reflex he smacks it and crushes it. Seeing that the spider is dead, Black Cat attempts to escape only to be tailed by Daredevil.
On the way back home, Peter felt drowsy and ill. Upon arriving, Aunt May and Uncle Ben noticed this as well and sent him to bed and suggested he take the day off school the next day.
Discovering the spider powers
The next morning, Peter feeling better than he did the night before decided to go to school, while getting ready he noticed some strange changes, he kept tearing door handles off when attempting to open a door, his hands would keep getting stuck to things he'd touch, like his toothbrush, forks and his own clothes. While crossing the street a car crossed a red light and was about to hit Peter until his Spider-Sense kicked in and as a reflex, Peter flipped over and landed perfectly in the middle of the street, shocked about what happened Peter fled back home and questioned what was happening to him. Peter then put two and two together, recollecting the events that transpired that morning and the spider that bit him the day before and realized it may have been the spider that had triggered these changes. As a way to test his hypothesis, Peter touched the wall with his palms and began climbing upward and ended up on his ceiling, shocked and in excitement Peter went out to test his powers.
Peter learned he could jump long distances, run at high speeds, lift objects no normal human could. Now realizing he had developed superhuman abilities and knowing that his family have recently been struggling with money problems, Peter decided to use his powers as a way to earn money for his struggling family.
Short wrestling career

Peter made himself a makeshift costume to use to disguise his identity, Peter under the alias The Spider, Peter as The Spider entered many wrestling tournaments and spent the next few weeks earning money for Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Halfway through his wrestling career, the announcer gifted Peter with a new and more professional looking suit commenting that his old one "sucked".
On one fateful night, after a match he had participated in, Peter saw a robber with a bag of stolen money fleeing from a security guard, the guard called for Peter to stop him to which Peter ignored stating it wasn't his job. Upon returning home, Peter saw police cars outside his house, rushing in to check on his family, Peter was informed that his uncle had been shot in an attempted robbery of the house. Hurt and angered by this discovery, Peter donned his costume and went to look for his uncle's killer, spending most of the night listening to various police radios in order to find him.
Peter did indeed find him at an abandoned warehouse, engaged in a short battle with him and later discovered it was the robber he had let go past him earlier, devastated by this, Peter turned the killer in and returned home. Peter then spent the rest of his night contemplating on what he should do with his powers and what he could have done, Peter then remembered a saying that Uncle Ben would always say to him as a child "With great power, there must also come great responsibility", with those words, the guilt of Uncle Ben's death and inspiration from the heroes of New York, Peter decided he would use his powers to help others and redeem himself for being the cause of his uncle's death.
Peter would use the costume he received from the wrestling announcer, add some webs to it and a spider emblem to his chest and back, Peter would also use his dad's old notes on creating a formula for molecular adhesives and create synthetic webs which he would store in a wrist mounted device he would call webshooters and go out and fight crime as Spider-Man!.
Spider-Man is born!

After a few weeks, Peter's escapades as Spider-Man was all over the media, New York had mixed opinions on Spider-Man similar to the Fantastic Four and the Avengers, it didn't phase Peter much as he was doing what needed to be done, although his boss J.Jonah Jameson's opinions on Spider-Man bugged him a lot.
There were some downsides to his superhero career though, being Spider-Man affected his grades at school as he would constantly be late or miss classes, people questioning his cuts and bruises from fighting crime. It even began straining his relationship with Mary Jane as when the two would make plans he would bail on them. This led to Peter debating whether he should tell Mary Jane his secret identity.
Encounter with the Vulture
One night while patrolling the streets as Spider-Man, he saw a figure flying through the sky, believing him to be another superhero Spider-Man went to introduce himself. Swinging alongside him, Spider-Man tried to converse with the flying man although he began attacking Spider-Man, Spider-Man then engaged in a fight with him although due to his inexperience with fighting superpowered criminals, Spider-Man lost the fight and the flying man escaped and Spider-Man returned home.
The next day, Peter spent the day recovering from his injuries. Peter then realised that he and MJ had a date scheduled for that day but due to his injuries he had to cancel, this strained their relationship a bit and caused Mary Jane to stop talking to him for a few days but Peter knew this was a small price to pay. Peter spent the next day at the library researching the Blackie Drago a.k.a. the Vulture and then studied his flight suit tech on the internet. He then spent the next few days searching for Vulture, Spider-Man then tracked him to his base and engaged in another battle with him, using his knowledge of his flight suit (including its weaknesses) Spider-Man defeated the Vulture, shortly after Nick Fury and some S.H.I.E.L.D. agents arrived, Fury informed Spider-Man that they'd been looking for Drago for months as he had been stealing S.H.I.E.L.D tech and other technology from corporations like Oscorp, Fisk Industries, Roxxon Corperation, Stark Indutries and Hammer Industries, Fury then applauded Spider-Man for his good work and that they'd be seeing each other again soon before flying away in his jet pack.
Upon returning home, Peter decided it was time to tell MJ that he is Spider-Man.
Battling the Doctor Octopus
One day when in the library, Peter was studying with his headphones, listening to possible disturbances in Queens. Peter saw Mary Jane in the library, she still wasn't talking to him, he went to approach her only to hear that a man in a mechanized rhino suit is wreaking havoc in the streets to which Peter had to leave and change into Spider-Man.
After defeating the Rhino, he returned to the library in hopes of talking to Mary Jane only to see she was gone. Later on, Spider-Man was swinging past Oscorp where he heard an explosion go off, he went to see the commotion and to his luck no one was injured except for scientist Dr. Otto Octavius, Spider-Man dropped him off at a nearby hospital. The next day, Peter received a text from Mary Jane apologizing for overreacting and not talking to him, Peter responded she had every right to be mad at him, he then waited a few moments before sending another text saying they "need to talk". Later on that day, Peter would see in the news that there was a disturbance at the same hospital that he dropped Octavius off at the night before.
Spider-Man went to the hospital to see that it was Octavius himself causing the disturbance, it would seem that he had suffered a mental break and kept on spouting "OSBORN MUST DIE!!!", Spider-Man would go on to fight him and attempt to subdue him but Octavius would then collapse a nearby ceiling and escape while Spider-Man would web the collapsing ceiling to save the doctors and civilians.
Spider-Man would later find out that Octavius is attacking Oscorp and attempting to kill Norman Osborn himself, Spider-Man travelled to Oscorp and would later go on to defeat Octavius and send him to be incarcerated at the Triskelion. Later on that day, Peter would text MJ to come over to his house. Later on after MJ arrives, the two spend five minutes in silence until MJ breaks the ice and asks what he wanted to talk about to which Peter silently got up from bed and climbed the wall in his room and then revealed to her he's Spider-Man, Mary Jane screams in fear but Peter manages to silence her and tells her to be quiet, she then asks how he became Spider-Man, Peter preceded to explain that he was in the middle of a superhero fight and was bitten by a spider from Oscorp and developed spider-powers which led to Mary Jane asking have their been any other side effects, Peter told her aside from the spider-powers, none. Mary Jane then reacted in excitement and asked to see his costume, Peter shows her his costume and tells her she's the only one who knows and can't tell anyone, Mary Jane promises his secret is safe with her.
Peter notices Mary Jane looks disappointed, he asks her what's wrong and she replies with that she though he was going to kiss her, Peter blushed and kissed her. After pulling away he asked her if she's happy now, Mary Jane kisses him again and says "Face it Tiger, you just hit the jackpot" solidifying that the two have entered a new stage in their relationship.
Arrival of Galactus
While on a date in Manhattan, Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson see Galactus' towering figure of New York. Peter informs MJ that he has to go to which she agrees and tells him to be safe.Spider-Man makes his way to Galactus, seeing as he has no chance in stopping him he begins saving citizens from collateral damage caused by Galactus. Suddenly he sees a car about to fall off the Queensborough Bridge, he grabs it but struggles to pull the car as he is about to lose his grip Daredevil enters and saves all the people inside the car. Spider-Man and Daredevil look into the sky and wonder how on Earth they'll defeat Galactus, Daredevil says all they can do now is help the people and let the big guns handle it.
While saving some civilians suddenly he and Daredevil are transported to the Triskelion. Confused at the fact there is a silver skinned man in the world tells everyone that Galactus sees them as a threat and will be coming for them. Tony Stark, Hank Pym and Reed Richards notify the heroes that they have discovered a dimension called the Negative Zone that has no life in it and if they could create a wormhole and find a way to push him inside of it, they can defeat him. Quicksilver then notifies them that if they know how to build it and tell him how to build it, he'll use his superspeed to get it built fast, Stark, Pym, Richards and Bruce Banner then begin brain storming on how to create a device that can create wormholes.
Suddenly, Galactus arrives and attacks the Triskelion. Spider-Man and the other heroes begin battling Galactus to hold him off while the brains attempt to blueprint a wormhole device. After a long battle Spider-Man and the other heroes are defeated by Galactus but luckily the brains have come up with a way of creating a portal device, they wake up Quicksilver to build the mission, although Quicksilver will need a distraction, Bruce transforms into the Hulk in a berserker rage and begins pounding Galactus. From looking at the blueprints, Quicksilver builds the device and activates it creating a wormhole. Hulk with a limited understanding keeps on punching Galactus in the direction of the wormhole and attempts to push him into it, as Galactus falls into the wormhole he grabs the Hulk and with no way to escape his fate seems to be sealed.
Until Silver Surfer zooms in and tackles Galactus into the wormhole going inside with him. Quicksilver quickly shuts down the device closing the wormhole forever, after waking up Spider-Man notices a hero he has never seen before begin fading away. As he is fading, the man thanks Spider-Man, Daredevil, Wolverine, Iceman and Quicksilver for being a family to him when no one else was (in the future) and he tells his Cyclops and Marvel Girl that he loves them and hopes to see them again soon.
Peter would return home later that day with a frantic Aunt May thanking God he was okay and hugging him. Peter would lie to her and tell her that it was scary but he wanted to take pictures for his portfolio and apologized for being reckless. The next day, a traumatized Peter would visit MJ and tell her all about what happened and states he'd never seen anything like it but she comforts him telling him everything's okay and that he and the heroes saved the Earth.
Aftermath
After the Galactus Event, life resumed normally for the young Peter Parker. About a month after the Galactus Event, as a reward and thank you for helping save the planet S.H.I.E.L.D. gifted Peter with a new and improved suit, with improved webshooters and a Spider-Signal.
After Manhattan had mostly been rebuilt, Peter went to the Daily Bugle to cash in his annual check. On the way back home as Spider-Man he saw the Black Cat, the woman responsible for him gaining his powers and noticed she had just robbed a businessman of his goods.
Spider-Man swings in to stop her but is met with extreme bad luck on the way, after arriving he tries to fight her but makes a fool of himself and trips over his own foot, trying to web her but realizing his web shooting settings were off. He tries to chase her but slam his head on to a wall while swinging and falls into an alley way.
Spider-Man suffers a concussion, the Black Cat, on a rooftop, tells Spider-Man to never cross a Black Cat or seven years bad luck before fleeing. The next day while being taken care of by Aunt May and Mary Jane and coming up with an elaborate lie to Aunt May on why he has a concussion. Peter would go on to tell MJ on how weird it was that he kept constantly epic failing the night before and Mary Jane comments on maybe how the Black Cat has bad luck powers. Peter laughs and says: "Bad luck powers? Yeah right."
Alternate Future

Spider-Man in 2045.
In an alternate future averted by Cable, Galactus invaded Earth in 2014 and wiped out Earth's superheroes in what would be called the Superhero Massacre, Galactus decided the Earth had potential and instead of devouring it, he made it his permanent base of operations while he ruled it with an iron fist. . Peter and the other heroes who survived went into hiding, Peter returned to his home in Queens where he revealed his identity to Aunt May and told her they had to leave the city. Peter, May and MJ left Queens and moved to Long Island where Peter gave up as Spider-Man and resumed a normal life, finishing High School and earning a job as a teacher. Peter also went on to marry Mary Jane.
12-years-later, the ex-superhero Daredevil would emerge from the shadows and return to fight Galactus' and Silver Surfer's oppression of Earth. This would inspire Peter and other superheroes to return to their superhero identities and combat Galactus and Silver Surfer. Daredevil formed a team with; the Knights. The Knights was compromised of Spider-Man, Wolverine, Quicksilver, Iceman. Daredevil would go on to find Nathan Summers, the son of recently deceased ex-superheroes, Cyclops and Marvel Girl, Daredevil went on to take Nathan in and train him in combat and weapons.
When Nathan turned twenty-one, he joined the Knights. Daredevil and the Knights would go on to bring hope to the oppressed citizens of Earth until one day, Galactus sent the Silver Surfer to "take care" of the Knights. Daredevil sacrificed himself to save the Knights and was killed by the Silver Surfer, before dying he appointed Spider-Man as the Knights new leader.
A few years later, Spider-Man would devise a plan to build a device and use Quicksilver's time travel abilities to power the device to go back in time and warn the heroes of Galactus' impending attack. Coming from a scientific background, Spider-Man built the device and Quicksilver powered it until the Silver Surfer attacked them at their base, with no time left, Spider-Man ordered Wolverine and Iceman to hold him off while he ordered Nathan to go back in time and warn the others.
Silver Surfer would defeat the Knights. Surfer killed the rest of the Knights but left Spider-Man alive, Surfer demanded to know where Nathan had gone but Spider-Man replied with "To end your reign", Silver Surfer would then proceed to kill Spider-Man also. Although after Nathan successfully warned Earth's superheroes in the present and helped them defeat Galactus, this future never came to be.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
Spider-Man possesses superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, durability, reflexes, recuperative powers, balance, coordination, and sense of equilibrium.
Spider Physiology: Spider-Man's hands and feet have the ability to manipulate the inter-atomic binding forces of matter, allowing him to form temporary molecular bonds between his body and another object. This enables him to cling to solid surfaces and scale walls simply by placing his hands on them. He also possesses a "spider-sense" which alerts him to danger. This takes the form of a tingling sensation at the base of his skull. Through experience, Spider-Man has learned how to sense differences in the various tingles he feels, determining whether a danger is potential or immediate, how intense a threat it is, what direction it is coming from, etc.
- Superhuman Strength: Spider-Man possesses superhuman strength enabling him to press lift approximately 15 tons (20 when stressed or angry). Spider-Man's physical strength is sufficient to lift and throw objects as heavy as most standard automobiles with ease. He must also pull his punches and kicks unless fighting someone of similar or greater physical durability. Otherwise, his blows would prove fatal to a normal human being. He has demonstrated that he is strong enough enabling him to knock out people with normal durability with as little as a tap to the head.Spider-Man's physical strength also extends into his legs, enabling him to be able to jump to a height of several stories in a single bound. In the second issue he seems to throw a car with little effort. He also broke Flash Thompson's hand by blocking with his palm.
- Superhuman Speed: Spider-Man can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete.
- Superhuman Stamina: Spider-Man's advanced musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than an ordinary human. This allows him to exert himself physically for much longer periods of time before fatigue begins to impair him. At his peak, Spider-Man can physically exert himself for several hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him.
- Superhuman Durability: Spider-Man's body is physically tougher and more resistant to some types of injury than the body of a normal human. His body is more resistant to impact forces than anything else. He can withstand great impacts, such as falling from a height of several stories or being struck by a super-humanly strong opponent, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no discomfort.
- Superhuman Agility: Spider-Man's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. Spider-Man is extraordinarily limber and his tendons and connective tissues are twice as elastic as the average human being's, despite their enhanced strength. He has the combined agility and acrobatic prowess of the most accomplished circus aerialists and acrobats. He can also perform any complicated sequence of gymnastic stunts such as flips, rolls, and springs. He can easily match or top any Olympic record at gymnastics apparatus such as flying rings, climbing ropes, horizontal bars, trampolines.
- Superhuman Equilibrium: Spider-Man possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow. He has developed a unique fighting style that made full use of his agility, strength, and equilibrium.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Spider-Man's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are currently about 15 times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with his spider-sense, the speed of his reflexes allows him to dodge almost any attack, even direct gunfire, if he is far enough away.
- Wall-Crawling: Spider-Man's exposure to the mutated spider venom induced a mutagenic, cerebellum-wide alteration of his engrams resulting in the ability to mentally control the flux of inter-atomic attraction (electrostatic force) between molecular boundary layers. This overcomes the outer electron shell's normal behavior of mutual repulsion with other outer electron shells and permits the tremendous potential for electron attraction to prevail. The mentally controlled sub-atomic particle responsible for this has yet to be identified. This ability to affect the attraction between surfaces is so far limited to Spider-Man's body (especially concentrated in his hands and feet) and another object, with an upper limit of several tons per finger. Limits to this ability seem to be psychosomatic, and the full nature of this ability has yet to be established.
- Spider-Sense: Perhaps his most famous power aside wall crawling, Spider-Man has the ability to have precognition of danger like a spider. Granting Spider-Man the power of Danger Sense (or "Spider-Sense") as he likes to call it. This enables him to respond to intimate danger before it occurs. Making surprise attacks useless against him. This is even the first power Peter ever used before he became Spider-Man, when he was walking home and he sensed a car about to hit him and managed to evade it.
Abilities
Genius Intelligence - Peter is a prodigy bio-chemist, completing his father's research on adhesives at age 15. His uncle said he was "as smart as they come." He possesses an IQ of 150.
Immune to Poisons - Thanks to the spider venom that courses in his veins, it makes him immune to vampire bites and immune of poisons and venoms, since the spider venom didn't killed him.
Strength level
Although Spider-Man has not fully grown to adulthood, he is as strong as his Earth-616 counterpart or more, however he is portrayed as being sufficiently strong enough to lift and throw conventional vehicles and cars, it should also be noted that he has been shown to be significantly stronger than Captain America as he overpowers him as they sparred with each other. Spider-Man is currently capable of lifting 10-12 tons. However, when Peter reaches adulthood it would be assumed that he would have been able to lift 12-30 tons unlike his adult Earth-616 counterpart.
Weaknesses
Mortality, not totally durable, over-protective, short-tempered.
Paraphernalia
Equipment: Mechanical Webshooters - Spider-Man's wrist-mounted web-shooters discharge thin strands of web-fluid at high pressure. On contact with air, the long-chain polymer from the web-shooters knits and forms an extremely tough but flexible fiber with extraordinary adhesive qualities.
Transportation: Spider-Man moves through locations by shooting a web-line and attaching it to an object (most often a building). He then swings, shoots another web-line, attaches it, and repeats the process.
Weapons: Spider-Man's webs can be used to ensnare and immobilize his opponents in combat.
