History
It’s never been enough! The money, the power, fame, and notoriety! Those are things I crave! That’s what I do this for! I see a situation I can take advantage of and I don’t hesitate. When Ultron started f@#$!%* s!@# up, you know what I thought? Was I scared, worried? No, I thought to myself, what he has, I want it! I’ve been preparing for this moment for years. To see the first part of my operation going down in flames is honestly a bit crushing.

Parker Robbins aka the Hood was the mastermind behind the Villamos Cartel and most of the Cartels being run in South American after Ultron's demise.
The Big Man of Crime
After Ultron's defeat by the Heroes of Tomorrow, the Hood began to work once again to make his dreams of being a crime boss true. He quickly assembled a team of new guys he had never worked with, and guys he knew from before Ultron's takeover and with their help he quickly climbed the ladder and gained lots of financial and physical power. Taking on the moniker of the Big Man of Crime he began to dominate crime in South America.
Parker Robbins business began to take off when he met scientists Julio and Maria Jiménez. Their work on the Mutant Growth Hormone, and on an offshoot they were created called Banshee inspired to begin selling that drug across the Americas. He knew how popular it was before Ultron, and understood people would risk anything for superpowers. They began pushing out MGH, and he used the Villamos Cartel to do it.[1]
The Hood quickly began to build his empire nearly uncontested until the arrival of one blond man in Cartagena Colombia. Systemically the man began to take down the Cartel with the help of a former captive in La Bandera. Soon enough they had taken out nearly all of their shipments in South America and the Hood decided to pull out for a short while when he realized this fact.[2] He had plans to head to Madripoor to gain international sovereignty while attempting to sneak in some Banshee into the USA with some stealth tech. However his plans were foiled by the arrival of James Rogers.
Captain America fought his way through the Hood's private island and they engaged in a fight on his plane headed for Madripoor. In the end the Hood lost and was defeated by the Avenger. With his empire thoroughly defeated, Parker Robbins was taken into S.H.I.E.L.D. custody and is now a member of the Raft prison.[3]
