After Sam became Marvel's newest Nova, he realized that there would be threats he couldn't handle by himself and decided to recreate the Nova Corps. He picked a variety of species and trained each of them personally until they were ready to face the Galacta Core. Along with the Phoenix Force, the Nova Corps went against the Galacta Core in one amazing battle.
