Norman Osborn (Earth-18888)

Norman Osborn was the president of Oscorp and the creator of the O Formula, a substance meant to be a perfected version of the Super Soldier Serum. As the Green Goblin, Norman would become Spider-Man's earliest yet still most formidable foe.

Early Life

Even at a young age, Norman had a very strong ambition and conviction. Bring born to a moderately successful businessman, Norman would resent his father and believed he could become 10 times the success he was. Norman possesses gifted intellect and excelled in school. Through his sheer charisma and intellect, Norman would spend years investing and taking risks and eventually discover Oscorp.

Enhancement

Norman had long been fascinated with the Super Soldier Serum and was confident he could not only improve it but in his words "revolutionize" it. This would lead to the creation of the O Formula, which would prove Osborns point by becoming a game changer and the cause for the superhuman boom. Prior to unveiling the formula to the world, Norman would test it on himself and would be successful as it forever altered his physiology, enhancing him but also altering his mental state.

Fall of Norman Osborn

Things would change forever for Norman after unable to save his dying wife of her illness even despite using every medicine and resource money can but. This would further damage his already unstable mind. While tirelessly working and running his business, Norman would create an alter ego on his own to assert his dominance within the new Emergence of supers as the Green Goblin. Before proceeding with his further plans, Norman sets his sights on eliminating Spider-Man.

After discovering the identity of Spider-Man through morally unacceptable means, Norman would make things personal by kidnapping Mary Jane and using her as bait to challenge Spider-Man to a fight to the death. Spider-Man would arrive and despite the tense battle, Spider-Man would defeat the Goblin. Refusing to be sent to the Raft which would expose the world of who he truly is, Norman would activate autopilot on his glider and impale himself before he could be arrested, dying and taking his dark secrets with him.

Enhanced Physiology: After consuming the O Formula, Norman's physical attributes would be enhanced 10 times. Norman is stronger and faster than an Olympic-level athlete however, his mind was also altered, causing him to become unstable.

Enhanced Stamina: Two days after his initial enhancement, Norman's assistants noticed he had spent longer than usual in his personal gym and was seen pushing the training equipment to it's max without so much as a sweat.

Enhanced Reflexes: Norman's enhanced reflexes are close to, if not, on par with Spider-Man himself. During their first fight, Norman easily intercepted two Impact Webs from a considerable distance and followed up with a Pumpkin Bomb attack.

Indomitable Hatred: Not only with Spider-Man, Norman true talents display whenever he's opposed against anyone competing or trying to be a roadblock in his ultimate goals.
