The Plot takes place beetwen TAS #140 to TAS #145, and involves Peter's life going down every day, when his girlfriend Mary Jane cut him, His Aunt May had an strange ilness and the doctors said that she may not be the same after she gots better, Norman Osborn (aka The Green Goblin), know's his identity and reveals him to Carnage and Venom. Nothing can go wrong now or at least not even much than this.
Later Nick Fury accepts to help him, sending him back up from White Tiger, Punisher, Michale Morbius & Luke Cage, to fight against Norman and his brotherhood of evil.
The fight was brutal, leaving Mcdonald inconsius and with the symbiote searching a new hostage, and that was Spider-Man, the symbiote corrupted Spider-Man once more and made him hurt Kasady. When Osborn saw this, he gave up and eventually Spider-Man killed him (again), Morbius then take Spider-Man symbiote out.
A day later the doctors told Peter that his aunt May had lost movility of her arms, Mary Jane had moved to another city, so he makes a promise to all his friends, Spider-Man is gone, no more Spider-Man.
