History
Black Widow seemingly had a similar history as her Earth-616 counterpart.
During the Hydra take over of the United States of America, Black Widow was among the underground freedom fighters. Feeling they weren't effective, Black Widow left the resistance. She was joined by a group of young heroes, namely Spider-Man, whom she took a mentor role for.

Training Spider-Man
When they confronted Rogers, Widow was almost killed by him, but was saved by the double-agent Superior Octopus. Black Widow and the other resistance fighters present were captured until the USA was freed from Hydra's tyranny. After Hydra was dethroned, Natasha joined Spider-Man Incorporated in order to continue training Spider-Man, being stationed in Moscow.
