Early Years[]
Miles Gonzalo Morales (born August, 2002) was the only son and first child born to police officer Jefferson Morales and his wife, a teacher, Rio Morales. The former of whom took his wifes' surname upon their marriage, since he wanted to put distance between himself and his younger brother Aaron Davis, who was constantly involved with criminal activity. Though Miles wouldn't know any of this during his younger years. Instead he simply lived happily with his family in Brooklyn. Where at a early age he developed an inclination towards science, in particular technology. As he took apart the family TV at only five years old. Due to this Miles developed a close friendship with fellow neighborhood kids Phin Mason, and her elder brother Rick. Having no idea they were the children of the criminal known as the Tinkerer.
In addition to a love for science Miles also developed a love for artistry and music, which he shared with his uncle Aaron, leading the two of them to become particularly close. Even after Miles' parents forbid any contact between the two, due to Aaron unchanging criminal ways, Miles would still sneak around and meet up with his uncle. Especially after he became enrolled in the prominent boarding school Brooklyn Vision Academy.
Second Wall-Crawler Is Born[]
While visiting his uncle Aaron during the early 2018, Miles is bitten by the only remaining genetically modified Oscorp Industries spider, which Aaron unknowingly picked up after sneaking into what remained of Oscorp Industries to investigate Norman Osborn, on the orders of his then current boss Wilson Fisk, to see if there was anything of value that could be salvaged before the lab was raided by the authorities due to Osborn public fall during the Battle of Asgard only a few weeks prior. Due to this Miles soon found himself with the powers of one of his favorite heroes Spiderman. Albeit slightly different since he learns he can camouflage himself and release blasts of bio-electric energy. But that doesn't take away from his excitement.
So much so Miles makes a makeshift costume and soon suits up as Spiderman, only to immediately face danger as he runs into the Kingpin enforcer The Prowler. Where in the ensuing battle Miles not only discover the Prowler is his uncle Aaron. But is also saved by the original Spiderman himself. Who after learning Miles' story decides to not only reveal his identity to him, but also offers to train him to use his powers the right way. An opportunity Miles jumped at. However Miles didn't get to spend that much time training under Peter before he, and the rest of half of all life in the universe, were erased from existence in the wake of the infamous Snap carried out by the Mad Titan Thanos only a few weeks after Peter offered to train him.
This left Miles without any real direction in regards to his spider powers, nor his hero training, and in the a world much more dangerous due to the chaos that followed suit in the world, and the rest of the universe, after Thanos' actions. New York in particular became high with crime, as the various crime bosses, most prominently the Kingpin, vied for control of the city. Faced with this Miles became scared, but after recalling the many times over the years he had seen his mentor stand up again and again against impossible odds the young man worked to push his fears aside, and suited up in one of Peters' spare costumes. This leading him to catch the attention of Peters' long-time allies such as Black Cat, Mary Jane Watson, The Defenders and many others. Who all recognized traits of Peter within Miles. So they aided him in his journey to become a hero. In particular what remained of the Avengers, as Tony Stark easily discovered Miles' identity and gave him access to advanced technology. Allowing the young man to put his own spin on things and develop a wholly unique spider suit, as he took up the name and duties of Spiderman.
