Miguel O'Hara (Earth-7087)

Miguel O'Hara comes from an alternate future where the Skrulls managed to take over Earth. Forced to work at Alchemax (a weapons contractor that was in-league with the Skrull) as a geneticist, he eventually had enough of the Skrulls' totalitarian control over Earth and chose to fight back somehow. He accomplished his means via recreated the neogenic experiment that irradiated the spider that gave Peter Parker superpowers. However, he changed the algorithm so he can have almost full access to spiders' powers. After allowing the afflicted spider to bite him, he created a costume resembling Spider-Man.

This new Spider-Man soon discovered that his adopted brother, Kron Stone, had copies of Dr. Curt Connor's research in cross-species genetics, and drank a formula similar but was centered around scorpion DNA. Despite, Miguel's protests: Kron drank the formula, mutating into a cross-species, and also chose to work alone and kill all the Skrulls on Earth.

Several years of being Spider-Man later, he uncovered time-travel experiments implemented by Alchemax. Tyler Stone figured with launching Alchemax years before it was established to help the Skrulls then, as they were their only source of income. Miguel found out weeks before, and easily realized he had the chance to change the course of the future. While trying to sneak in and secretly go inside the time portal. Scorpion, however, had also discovered the experiment and killed the men doing the test run. Miguel confronted Kron, causing in a fight which resulted in both going back in time.

The two were separated upon arriving in the present. Miguel came across the original Spider-Man, Wolverine, the Hulk, Deadpool, the Taskmaster, and the Rhino. After explaining how he got there & where he comes from: Most of the superhumans there were skeptical, but Spider-Man was open to Miguel joining the Ultimate Alliance. Deadpool has medium awareness, so he wasn't suspicious either.

Equipment: O'Hara's costume is made of unstable molecules that are designed to resist the tearing of his claws. The costume also includes a light airfoil on its back. This foil emits a low concentration of anti-gravity particles that allow O'Hara to glide on currents of air.
