When he returned to the Thunder Bolts Zeke was in a thirst for electricity. He took everyone's powers and was about to take Michael's until Michael drained him of his powers and gave everyone else their powers. The powers in Michael almost burst out of him, and that is why he is part blind with his thunderbolt eye.

When Buzzshock was transported to the future and was then known as a vigilante. And when the two finally met Futureshock thought Buzzshock was a clone and fought him. Later on in the battle he found out that Buzzshock is his past self. So on there way to take Buzzshock back to the past, Futureshock learned that what he called being a hero is really called being a vigilante. So he promised to change his ways and took Buzzshock back to the past.
