Mary Jane Watson is an American female who is a love interest of Peter Parker. She is his current girlfriend.
History[]
Mary Jane was born in Montoursville, Pennsylvania sometime in 2001. She and her sister, Gayle was often abused by their father, Philip. Her mother was against the abuse and she and her daughters moved away from Philip. They moved to Queens to live with Madeline's mother's Anna. She also had a crush on her neighbor, Peter, but was too shy to admit it and ended up with Flash Thompson as her boyfriend.
Relationship with Peter Parker[]
She soon broke up with Flash after Peter's uncle Ben died. She started to have feelings for him. When Peter had fought Kingpin, he barely escaped. His life was hanging on. He went to Mary Jane's house. She cleaned his wounds and then they had their first kiss.
Carnage Queen (part of the Maximum Carnage Event)[]
Enter: Carnage Queen
While Peter fought Carnage, one of the Carnage symbiotes infected Mary Jane and she became the Carnage Queen. She had minions serving her and taking over New York. Peter, Harry, Jessica, and Flash tried to take the symbiote off her. They succeeded, but resulting in Mary Jane dying for a minute. She came back to life soon after.

MJ discovered that she still had part of the Carnage symbiote in her. She used the symbiote to become a hero. At first, Peter was afraid that she was already being taken over by the symbiote again. She also took part in the Spider-Verse event. She is a member of the Spider-Army.
Spider-Verse[]
Mary Jane had been recruited by her Earth-18119 counterpart to take part to fight the Inheritors. On Earth-616, she met her doppleganger, Penelope Parker and her brother, Peter. MJ and her Earth's Peter along with all the spiders were sent home when they finally killed Solus and turned the rest of the Inheritors into babies.
