Marvel Universe: Forever (Also known as All-Together Marvel) is a 2020 online multiplayer video game made by Marvel Entertainment and Insomniac Studios. You can also play a Single Player story mode, but the main feature of the game is the online battles. As the game's name states, it features almost every Marvel character every, and they're all playable, heroes and villains. It is available for the Playstation 5, Xbox Series X, and the Nintendo Switch.
Gameplay[]
The gameplay in this game is very simple. Every character has melee attacks, and can attack and fight each other. Certain characters can take flight and shoot ranged attacks. There is free roam in this game in a variety of multiple iconic Marvel locations, and the bosses in this game truly give you a run for your money. There are also thugs and villains you can fight throughout the city, and you can defeat them to earn Exp and level up your characters. You start out with no upgrades and a weak character, but the more Exp you get, the more you can upgrade the character. There is also a shop where you can buy different things for your characters, such as weapons, gear, and even costumes.
Story[]
If you're playing Single Player, then you get to play the Story Mode. The Earth is in danger, when the demon known as Shuma-Gorath awakens from his long slumber and tries to lay waste to the Earth. The human race is on the brink of extinction when multiple heroes and villains are taken hostage due to Shuma-Gorath's mind control. You must take control of your own custom hero, and free the heroes from Shuma-Gorath's control and rise against the beast to save the Earth and the universe.
