And how does the washed-up Alexei Shostakov, the Red Guardian, fit it into all this?

Doctor Strange's Psychedelitorium[]

All Skrulls Must Die![]
The Clockworks Psychiatric Hospital is home to some of the most troubled, unstable and violent individuals in New York, not made any less troubled by the latest offering on the lunch menu: Beef steak. Upon eating the steak, five patients have decided that they've had enough of Clockworks' unique treatment approach and proceed to escape, aided by the strange abilities they've gained from the steak. That, or all of their screws have come loose.
