The Marvel Animated Universe (MAU) is the shared universe centered on a group of animated television series based on Marvel Comics. Animation from the early 1990s to mid-2000s; beginning with X-Men: The Animated Series in 1992, and ending with Avengers in 2006.

Some parts of the associated media franchise including direct-to-video feature films are also included in the continuity. It is set in Earth-92131.

Reality History

This universe takes place in Earth-92131, the universe of X-Men: The Animated Series and Spider-Man: The Animated Series. After the events of both series, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Wasp, Scarlet Witch and Falcon founded their universe's version of the Avengers. they would later be joined by other Marvel heroes.

At some point in the future, Spider-Man's daughter, Mayday Parker, became Spider-Girl. In 2099, the mantle of Spider-Man was passed to Miguel O'Hara.
