History
Mark Simpson is the abusive father of Blaise Simpson, and a serial killer/rapist. He was the previous user of the Black Coat, but after misusing it too much he was forced to stay in his Smoke form, and his incapable of dying. He later faced his son in battle where his son realises the dangers of the Black Coat, and erasing himself, and his father from existence after transporting Abigail, and his unborn son to Earth-1218's 1702.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Smoke Manipulation: Will he was the previous Black Coat wielder, Mark granted himself Typhokinesis allowing him to use smoke against his enemies. While he was the user as of the Black Coat, he made it so that on a molecular level his body was made of Smoke, and allowing to shift his body from a physical form to a smoke form. This makes him in capable of being killed or even aging making him semi-Immortal. He is also capable gliding through air while in his smoke form.
