A dedicated captain of the Kree armed forces, Mahr Vehl was sent to Earth by the Supreme Intelligence to spy on the planet's development of super-powered beings. While posing as Dr. Wendy Lawson to infiltrate a joint military-S.H.I.E.L.D. facility, Mahr first met the security chief Carl Danvers when they got caught in a Psyche-Magnitron explosion.
She revealed herself to Carl and helped him learn how to control his newfound powers.
Afterwards, she returns to her homeworld to try and convince the Supreme Intelligence to spare Earth as they could be allies against the Skrull Empire.

- Her name and physical appearance as a blue-skinned Kree is based on her male counterparts from Ultimate Marvel and Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
- Unlike her male counterpart, she never became Captain Marvel.
