Madelyne Amaquelin, also known as Medusa, is an Inhuman who was given powers by Mr. Sinister's Terrigenesis bomb. She is a lawyer, and is dating Blake Boltagon. Her sister is Crystal Amaquelin. She is based off of the Earth-616 character Medusa. During the superhuman Civil War, she joins SHIELD's New Ultimates, gaining the alias Medusa as well as her own costume.

- Super Long Hair - The Terrigenesis mutation greatly increased the length of Madelyne's hair.
- Controlling Her Hair - Madelyne can control her hair, and use it to grab things, open doors, etc., etc.
