Doctor Curtis Connors was a professer of Biology until a science misfire turned him into a giant reptile. He decided to use the Lizard form to his advantage while searching for a cure. Soon, he discovered that he could change back and forth between Lizard and human whenever he liked. when the cure was finally found, he destroyed it, deciding that he enjoyed his lizard form. when the symbiotes threatened New york, Lizard joined up with Toxin's resistance.
