- Wait... So let me get this straight... You're me? As in like, you're me in this reality? But now, we're basically sisters, as in, I am a sister to myself? Gosh, how the hell is this even possible? Oh, God... This is so much confusing... Damn you, Beyonder!

Before the years of Ultron Revolution, Lady Hawkeye seemed to have the same history with his Earth-61615 counterpart, until Ultron started an all-out war against humanity and those who dares to oppose him and his ideologies. He was born even before the traumatizing days of the event known as the "Ultron Revolution," in the suburbs of Midtown, Manhattan, New York City. Sadly, during the first days of the decade-long conflict, both Katie's parents and her older sister were all killed after several Ultron Sentries had devastated their residence, when she was still at freshman year at high school.
Defenseless, a weeping Katie had no other choice but to defend herself from the Sentries, using nothing but her improvised recurve bow them. Katie manages to defend herself from the incoming attackers, however, the Sentries were rapidly increasing in numbers, surrounding Kate. However, just in time, the Avenger and Katie's idol, Hawkeye manages to arrive at the scene in time, saving Katie from the Sentries, and successfully, he manages to get her out of the Bishop Mansion which was now invaded with Ultron Sentries, taking Katie to a safer place, where she could slowly recover from the scars and trauma, she have just witnessed, back at her home.
Growing up, Katie was then raised with the assistance of his father figure and S.H.I.E.L.D.'s help in training young, enhanced individuals, and despite Katie not having any extraordinary powers among her fellow trainees whatsoever, she was still impressed by the Avengers themselves, especially her idol, Hawkeye, for being a regular human with no powers but only skills in her training. Continuing her training throughout the years of Ultron Revolution, Katie became one of the best combatants and candidates for the next roster of the Avengers, in the near future, once or if the Ultron Revolution ends.
Later on, Katie and her fellow trainees and friends eventually took continuous extensive training under the guidance of Deadpool and S.H.I.E.L.D. director Carol Danvers, and a few more trainees who were trained in secret. There, she had met several individuals who would potentially become part of the next generation of heroes and some of those were Jim Hammond (the next Human Torch), Valeria and Franklin Richards, and her long-time closest friend and eventually her one-sided secret admirer, who was also her former classmate, Ben Richard Parker, the son of modern-age heroes, Spider-Man and Black Cat, who would be also known later as the Scarlet Spider.
At some point during the decade of non-stop battling against the raging machines, Katie eventually decided to finish her college education, unlike Ben and the rest of her friends who decided to drop out of it instead. However, every single time Katie tried balancing her education and her heroic career, Katie's peer pressure started rising, causing for her to stress and lash out more from time to time, to the point where her closest friends had started to worry about Katie, even though she had kept on responding the she was fine, every time they ask her condition.
But eventually, Katie gave up and breaks down, and as she cries out to her father figure and mentor that she could've deal with handling both things in a time of crisis, Clint lets her choose, and whatever she decides would be fine for Clint, since he would always support Katie no matter what she chooses. In the end of her agony and suffering, Katie chose to drop out of college, just like her friends have done a long time ago, deciding to focus more in pursuing her heroic career and training, and help the other heroes end Ultron Revolution, once and for all, to which they were all successful in doing, after Ultron was finally defeated, thanks to their non-stop efforts.
However, many lives were still lost during the last days of the ending war, with many countless heroes and villains sacrificing their own lives just to make the mission a complete, major success, for the sake of saving all life on Earth. Unfortunately, Katie's mentor and father figure, Hawkeye, were one of the very legends who didn't make it. But thankfully, Clint's death never brought Katie down for much longer. In fact, it gave her the motivation to remember Clint's memory and continue her legacy, by becoming one of the newest heroes in town in this new age, with Katie finally going by the heroic moniker of Lady Hawkeye, helping and protecting the innocent from the rising threats among the streets and cities of New York.
Rise of H.A.M.M.E.R.
However, peace didn't last that long, until terror eventually returned on the face of the Earth, not by machines, but by one man alone. After Tony Stark's son, Edward Stark was granted into promoting his new governmental system to the public, Katie and the rest of her friends started becoming confused and wondered what was really the true intentions of Stark for S.H.I.E.L.D. and the current government. Ben also realized that everything started becoming much darker and weirder with the entire society, since Edward Stark had taken over S.H.I.E.L.D.'s directorate and somehow he even manages to convince the president to suddenly change the form of U.S.A.'s government, causing for the rise of this newly-developed organization known as H.A.M.M.E.R. to replace S.H.I.E.L.D., which was also led by Stark again. This caused for the Empire to secretly rise, signaling the upcoming resurgence of Hydra's new second generation.
One day, Katie, and some of their old friends, including Ben, went into the Triskelion to try confront and plead to Edward, but they were interrupted by the guards, implying that they are not authorized to enter without H.A.M.M.E.R.'s new authorization code. They kept insisting and excuses that it was very urgent to see him, to the point where Ben shouts in front of the commander operative. Katie tried to calm Ben down, however, it was too late for them to leave the Triskelion. All of the sudden, all the armed guards in the facility near them aimed their firearms, pointing at Ben and his companions and was ready to execute them. All the commander had to do was to say the words and they'll get shot at point blank range.
Thankfully, they were saved by the rescue mission of the Resistance, led by the Iron Metropolitan and the War Machine who manages to get them and a few redeemed operatives out of the Triskelion including General Thunderbolt Ross and the retired Carol Danvers (who were also in the building at the time), taking them into the headquarters and safe-place of the Resistance away from the superior empire.
Later on, he would also agree on their suggestion on infiltrating the main headquarters of H.A.M.M.E.R., which is the Triskelion. Some disagreed, including Arno and Ross, although due to Jim Hammond's motivations, all of the members were convinced and finally, they began to plan their mission. Ben insisted for Katie to come with them to join the mission but she insisted and became furious at Ben, telling him that he should stop worrying and caring about her so much. He was unresponsive by her reply and he had no choice but to let her join the mission. He then told her to be careful out there but she didn't respond, before they left the safe-zone.
The first act of their mission was to sneakily enter the Triskelion, neutralizing every guard and operative in the building without getting caught by the supervisors, including Stark himself (even if he wasn't in the headquarters around the time). They obviously failed after Stark's lieutenants rushes into the scene to attack them. During the skirmish on Triskelion, Lady Hawkeye was battling several known operatives and mercenaries whose skills were par up against Katie, matching her in combat. One of them was the proficiently-skilled assassin Yelena Belova, who was also known as last known Black Widow after Romanoff's demise during Ultron Revolution, and the subsidiary group that served as one of H.A.M.M.E.R.'s greatest lieutenants, the Syndicate. Ben was almost killed by the Hitman when he took him down and was ready to pull the trigger on his head, but after applying every fighting style that he gained and learned from his training, he luckily defeats him and the rest, all at once.
She then proceeds to the mega-prison that was built for every member of the Resistance that H.A.M.M.E.R. had captured and helped all the prisoners escape the Triskelion, before it unexpectedly taken down by several air strikes led by the Winter Soldier's tactical Air Force, causing for the whole building to collapse. The destruction of the Triskelion was the first ever win they had achieved, marking the first step in ending the Empire. But somehow things became drastic after their teammate and friend Frank Castle, also known as the Punisher, was sadly killed by H.A.M.M.E.R. operatives days after. They immediately found and recovered his body in Central Park, in which they gave him a proper funeral the day after.
Frank Castle's Funeral
She was mostly present during Frank Castle's funeral since he was one of the young heroes who were subsequently inspired by the Punisher's actions, who ultimately sacrificed himself in order to steal the plans of the Empire (in secret), so that the Resistance can finally take down the tyranny of Edward Stark once and for all. Frank's mission was thought to be a failure at first, but it was immediately revealed that he did in fact, get all of the information and the resources for destroying the Empire from the within, and as a result, he caused the self-destruction of every base affiliated with the Empire. During the funeral, Katie was seen shedding a few tears after losing their long-time trainer and mentor.
Losing Castle's death also reminded Katie of her father figure and mentor, Hawkeye, who sadly had perished a long time ago, during the last days of Ultron Revolution. Thankfully, most of her friends, including Ben, manages to comfort one another, as they tell each other some several legandary stories about the heroic acts of the Punisher, and every other trainer they had during their training days into becoming a superhero, to which they were thankful to those people, since they were the only ones who mananges to help them build up their potential into becoming like their mentors and trainers.
Ending Edward Stark's Tyranny
Ben was deeply saddened by Castle's death, although it motivated him and the rest of his fellow trainees to continue the fight that he started it, and much better, finish it to the very end for the sake of humanity's freedom. Afterwards, the Resistance used the plans to discover the real strategic headquarters of H.A.M.M.E.R. which is located within several mountains of the Alps, not realizing that this was also the previous headquarters of Hydra's first generation. After figuring out the coordinates to the exact location, the Resistance planned their one last final mission and tactically goes to the Alps without getting caught (using their invisible Quinjets and the last known S.H.I.E.L.D. aircraft, the Zephyr One) and to eventually end the great suffering the entire world had to endure for a very long time.
During the final battle between the Resistance and the remaining forces of Edward Stark and H.A.M.M.E.R., Ben and the rest of his trainees were told by the older heroes to stay inside their Quinjets for the sake of their own safeties. As usual, the trainees strongly disagreed to their orders, and as a result, they managed to successfully escape the aircraft and decided to follow them so they can help the leaders of the Resistance. Before entering the secret H.A.M.M.E.R. headquarters, Ben even told Katie to stay inside but she refused, and even told him to stop worrying about her, just for once.
Ben had no choice but to respect Katie's choice, though he never stopped from protecting her during the infiltration of the headquarters, much to her frustration and confusion. In the end of it all, the heroes were finally successful against the Empire, ultimately ending the war and the tyrannical reign of Edward Stark that lasted for more than five years, once and for all. After the end of the war, the S.H.I.E.L.D. trainees had their own celebratory party after becoming victorious in helping the heroes in eliminating the forces of the Empire and was able to restore liberty and peace in the world once more.
However, despite this, Katie still seemed so confused at Ben's late behavior and personality towards her. Only a few days after the war has ended, Ben started avoiding Katie whenever she sees him at their training and only responded whenever she needed something from him. Katie asked Ben later if he was alright or if he had a problem, only to be repeatedly responded by the latter that he was fine, even though he wasn't. Unbeknownst to Katie, Ben couldn't control his very feelings for Katie, making him choose to avoid interacting with her, for the time being.
Before and during the premature death of the universe known by many witnesses as Secret Wars, Ben and the rest of the trainees were assigned to take down and apprehend a team of escaped super-soldiered criminals known as the Wrecking Crew, where they were almost successful in defeating the leader Wrecker, they were interrupted and noticed as they looked up to the sky, which suddenly turned red, and saw another Earth, the one from another universe, was looming above them.
Shocked and terrified, every distressed civilian and bystander among the streets started causing city-wide panic and chaos due to the unfortunate and explainable events they were seeing. The trainees and few other heroes tried to calm down and stop the civilians from panicking, but it was already too late. As debris and meteorites started falling from the sky, most of the civilians started rioting among the streets and some started breaking in buildings to loot, while some were helpless, unable to do anything. As a result, Ben and the rest of the heroes partook in helping those who needed help by guiding and transporting them into several evacuation zones under the cities.
Later on, the rest of the heroes and thousands of civilians in every city worldwide have evacuated in an abandoned Ultron facility, who were ready to launch several spaceships. Unfortunate to them, the spacecrafts could only carry a limited number of the city's total population. As everyone gets on board, each spacecraft launches into the sky. Most of the heroes and civilians managed to finally get on board, except for those who didn't, most notably Ben, Katie, and the rest of the older heroes.
As the last aircraft loads its passengers, Ben then insisted for Katie to get in the ship. Katie refused, and responded that she won't leave without these people left behind. Ben hesitated at first for what he was about to do, but he finally decided to do what's best for Katie and after he apologizes to her in advance, he unwillingly webs her while their were still inside the last spacecraft to keep her inside until it launches. Katie manages to break out of the webbing but not until the spaceship finally launched into the sky. Katie later tearfully and furiously questioned Ben why would he do such a thing to get her inside the vessel, though Ben didn't answer her questions, until later.
Later, the life raft survived into what remained, Battleworld, a patchwork planet composed of the remnants of several universes, ruled by the omnipotent beings known as the Beyonders. The raft was ultimately found eight years later in a domain known as Utopolis. When it was opened, its occupants awoke from being in suspended animation. Ben and the rest remained behind in order not to give away their presence, and they were found by Katie and the rest of the surviving heroes of the Multiverse, when they investigated the supposedly empty vessel.
After the Beyonders have learned of the survivors, the Doctor Strange of Earth-61615 had them teleported away with magic to keep them safe, scattering them throughout Battleworld. Ben and Katie ended up in the Kingdom of Manhattan, a domain where the remnants of a universe similar to Ben and Katie's and another similar to Earth-61615 had been recreated but subsequently merged into a new temporary reality. Ben and Katie managed to convince its inhabitants, who didn't remember the world previous to Battleworld, to rebel against their rulers.
In the end of convincing its residents and inhabitants to fight against the Beyonders, Katie and her closest allies eventually led the heroes and villains of the Kingdom of Manhattan, charging towards the main Domain of thee Beyonders to finally attack the creators of Battleworld. Unfortunately, Katie was fatally wounded during the following skirmish after defeating one of the Beyonders' strongest defenders, , and as she dies in the arms of a weeping Ben, she finally confessed to him even before he could've, telling him that whatever he's been hiding for her, she immediately told him that she already liked him since the first time they met, to which Ben was surprised that Katie felt the same for him the way he felt for her.
Katie also told him that he's gonna make it through this, through the end of Battleworld. As a final act of confession in her last final breath, Katie unexpectedly & passionately kisses Ben, to which he kissed her back, before succumbing to her severe wounds, dying in the arms of her first and last love. Despite the devastating battle going on between the heroes against the Beyonders, Ben continues to mourn and embrace Katie's lifeless body in his arms after unfortunately losing her in the end of the universe, where they've just confessed their mutual feelings for each other.
Ben was so devastated at losing Katie, he remained on the ground holding her, as the final battle has ended with the destruction of the Beyonders' Domain, where Ben watches in slight bliss that the heroes were successful at saving the complete destruction of the multiverse, but was still down after realizing that Katie didn't make it, and that she didn't have the chance to celebrate there with them. However, Ben later realized something, and with the victory won by the heroes of the universe, he still felt and believed that everything can still be fixed after seeing that the Beyonder has the power and capability of restoring the universe back to normal.
Resurrection and Rebirth
During the ensuing attack against the Beyonders, Doctor Doom, who tried to steal their unlimited power for himself against the Beyonder in order to reshape the entire multiverse on his own hands, was confronted by Mister Fantastic, and ultimately, the Beyonder chose to give Reed the power that was once Doom's, leading to the destruction of Battleworld in the process. As everything went white, Ben and the rest of his closest friends and allies from his home reality, woke up in the reformed and restored Earth-61615 instead of his home reality, but as if he had lived his entire life there, a new life, together with his closest friends who managed to make it through the rest of Battleworld.
This act of the Beyonder also caused the resurrection of Katie, who resurfaced with a new life in the mainstream reality with the rest of Ben's closest friends, much to Ben's surprise and joy to know that his special love was alive and well. As an act of thanksgiving for convincing him to rise up against the Beyonders, the Beyonder had made all of that possible.
Living A New Life
In the wake of living in this new, brave reality, Katie was one of the very few lucky individuals whose history were drastically changed due to the Beyonder's act of thanksgiving for the heroes. On this new reality, Katie's heroic career as the Lady Hawkeye continues to go on, only this time, she eventually went through her new moniker as the Hawkingbird, naming herself after his mentor Hawkeye and his partner and later wife, Mockingbird, who also became Katie's mentor for a brief while.
The main whole reason for this was since Katie's history was also altered in this reality, reliving this world as the youngest sister of this reality's Kate Bishop, now legally going by the name of Marilyn Bishop, which both of them weren't really aware of until later events. Eventually after this surprising revelation, both Katies were confused now knowing that they are both alternate reality counterparts to themselves, however they pretty much have gotten used to it later on, with Katie accepting to be called as Marilyn by her closest friends and family, or Marie for short, as she would've prefer that way.
On her journey in this new world, she still continued her heroic career and was still in contact with her former fellow trainees and reformed the Next Avengers, the Heroes of Tomorrow, where she became an on-and-off member of the team for a while, just like her closest friend from her past life, Ben, who also started a new life in this reality and temporarily left his heroic life until returning later as the Scarlet Spider after the unfortunate sacrifice and death of Ben Reilly, this world's Scarlet Spider, who died after finally defeating his two new arch-nemesis, the Hobgoblin and an unnamed criminal taking the mantle of the Beetle, at the cost of his own life trying to save his own rival, Kaine.
Later on, Katie and Ben both reunited, whoever due to Katie's death during the events of Secret Wars, Katie didn't remember any of it since she relived her new life on this reformed mainstream reality. Katie did finally remember everything from her past life after Wiccan used his magical spell on the Next Avengers, making them remember their past lives, including the events of Secret Wars, where she died at the hands of her first true love, which was Ben. However, even though she started recalling their pasts, Katie still apologizes to Ben and told him that she wasn't ready for another commitment, even though they've already confessed each other's feelings during Battleworld. Ben agreed, and in the end of their first reunion, he told her that he would always be there for her when she needed him, to which she smiled, before parting ways in their new lives, for now.
