History

Early Life

As a child K'Salle was trained to become a warrior. He always wanted to grow up to protect his homeland. When he finally came of age his childhood dream came true. K'Salle was one of Wakanda's most formidable warriors and this caught the attention of Hunter. He wanted to make K'Salle a member of Wakanda's secret police. When Hunter offered K'Salle membership into the Hatut Zeraze, he immediately accepted.

The Hatut Zeraze

K'Salle was given a uniform by Hunter and was officially a member of the secret police. Hunter wanted K'Salle to become even more deadly so he trained him himself. Eventually K'Salle became Hunter's second in command. The Hatut Zeraze was known throughout Wakanda for its violent actions. K'Salle never approved of these methods, but he didn't care as long as Wakanda was safe. These numerous actions caught the attention of King T'Challa. He disapproved of the team's brutality so he banned the elite espionage police. Hunter was outraged by T'Challa's decision so, along with his team, Hunter left Wakanda and they became mercenaries.

Life as a mercenary did not please K'Salle, so he often let his targets leave in peace. Hunter did not accept the decisions of K'Salle so he confronted him while they were residing in Madripoor. Hunter told K'Salle that he was no longer a member of the Hatut Zeraze. K'Salle started his leave but he was assaulted by his former team members. Hunter told him that the only way to leave his team was through death. He relentlessly beat K'Salle down and was ready to kill him but, he stopped. Hunter thought it would be better to torture him. First he shot K'Salle in the arm, then he stabbed him in the abdomen. Hunter then slashed K'Salle wrists. He was about to finish him off until, the Agent attacked him.

The Agent kicked Hunter in the face and knocked down the other team members. They recovered, but were no match for him. Hunter got up only to be knocked out again. The Agent stitched up K'Salle before he lost to much blood. When K'Salle regained consciousness Agent was gone and The Hatut Zeraze was tied up. Hunter woke up, but he was drugged. So K'Salle untied him and then he viciously beat Hunter. K'Salle took Hunter's White Wolf costume as a symbol of his newly found independence.

The Lone Wolf

K'Salle donned the White Wolf uniform to become the Lone Wolf. After the beating he took from Hunter, K'Salle knew that he couldn't make it on his own. So he sought out the aid of the Black Panther for training.

Training with Black Panther

K'Salle knew T'Challa wouldn't want to help him so he had to convince him. When Wolf arrived on Wakanda, he was immediately stopped and taken to T'Challa. K'Salle explained everything to the King and he begged for his help. T'Challa agreed with his cause and he agreed to help. K'Salle underwent intense training and rigorous trials for months.

T'Challa was proud of K'Salle for finishing his training and becoming stronger. K'Salle was allowed to leave, but unfortunately he was still exiled from Wakanda. K'Salle understood so he asked T'Challa if he knew any place where he could go and start a new life. T'Challa suggested that K'Salle travel to America and use his skills there. K'Salle thanked the king for all of his help and he gave him the white wolf costume. He told T'Challa that if was going to start a new life he wanted to do it without the guilt from his past.

Life in America

K'Salle traveled to the United States and the first thing he did was become an official U.S. citizen. He was serious about forgetting his past so K'Salle legally changed his name to Isaiah Simmons and he learned to speak English. Isaiah experienced all of the cultural aspects of America. He tried to lead a normal life but he still had the urge for war. Isaiah decided that he should join the Marines.

Because of his training with T'Challa, Isaiah easily excelled through the Marine boot camp. After a few weeks of training, Isaiah was sent into active duty. He followed commands and executed them perfectly. Isaiah always cared about the well-being of his fellow soldiers so he volunteered to go on a solo-mission to rescue POWs. Isaiah only traveled at night to avoid being seen. When he arrived at the base he saw it was heavily guarded and if he killed an enemy, the others would be alerted and most likely kill the POWs. Isaiah's only option was to give away his position.

The guards swarmed around him and took his gear. They tied him up and put him in a cell with the others. When the guards left the room he broke from his confinement and unlocked the cell door. Isaiah threw a food tray at the door to get some guards inside. He hid behind the door and when they walked in and closed the door, Isaiah snapped the first guard's neck and took his knife to slit the other's throat. Isaiah took the vests and guns from the dead guards and he gave them to the other soldiers. He told them to stay behind and protect themselves while he cleared the way. Isaiah left the room only to be welcomed by three enemies. He easily maneuvered past them and took their guns. They surrendered and he knocked them out.

Isaiah took out the rest of the guards and went to aid his fellow soldiers. He made it back and then escorted them to their base. Isaiah went on to successfully complete several more missions where he eventually got promoted to Corporal. Isaiah was given numerous medals for his accomplishments, but he refused them because he was only doing his job. His next mission would be his most dangerous. He would be leading a black ops team into another country to search for and sabotage their weapons. The area would be heavily guarded and there was little chance that the entire team would survive. Everyone accepted the mission and they were off. Everything was going perfectly during the mission and the team found their target. Simmons had his team secure the target. It turned out to be a trap, one man went down and the others ducked for cover.

The team fired at their enemies, but their was too many. Isaiah told his team to retreat and they did, but he stayed behind. Isaiah was trying to keep the enemy busy so his team had a chance to escape. Suddenly the enemies started to panic and most ran away. Isaiah grabbed hold of another soldier and asked him what was happening. He said that the building was going to bombed by an airstrike. Simmons knew he had to think fast. Simmons ran out of the building as fast as he could to try and avoid the blast radius. Once the airstrike hit, the shock wave violently pushed Isaiah forward a few feet. He looked around and noticed something sticking out of the ground. It was all in front him and he knew that he landed close to a minefield. Isaiah knew that he had to move slowly and carefully. He tried to sit on his knees, but he felt an intense pain and fell forward on his hands. Then he heard the mines under his hands activate. The explosion severed both of his arms, gave him second degree burns, and flung him several feet backwards.

Isaiah was bleeding out, but he knew he had to survive. He walked towards the site of the airstrike and kneeled by a destroyed piece of metal. It was still hot from the explosion, so Isaiah cauterized what was left of his arms. He attempted to try and find some help, but no one was around. He sat down to wait, but he eventually passed out.

A New Alliance

Help eventually found him in the form of Dante Woods. He had been searching the area for anything that he could scavenge and sell. He soon stumbled across the downed Isaiah. He decided to help him out. Dante took Isaiah to his safe house and performed surgery on him. Dante had attached bionic arms to Isaiah and injected him with some MGH that contained a low-level healing factor. Isaiah's burns had healed and he awoke a few hours later.

Isaiah was surprised when he saw Dante and Elliot Rios. He was even more shocked when he saw his new arms. He appreciated everything that Dante had done for him. Then Elliot revealed to Isaiah that he was the Agent. Isaiah finally thanked Elliot for all he had done for him. So Dante, Elliot, and Isaiah formed an alliance and they trained together, until their skills were perfected.

The Onslaught

Isaiah and Dante went to train while Elliot stayed at the safehouse and trained on his own. After training was over they went back to find Elliot fighting. He was being over run by more than one Onslaught. They went in to help him out. This was the first time Isaiah had ever faced a super-powered being in battle, but he managed to hold his own. Suddenly, the Onslaughts started to group together to form three more powerful beings. Elliot was the first to be knocked out and then Isaiah was next. Dante was left to face the three enemies. Once Isaiah woke up, he and Elliot were in New York. Elliot was still unconscious and Isaiah saw more Onsalughts in the distance. He went to go fight them. He was soon followed by Elliot and they attempted to defeat the Onslaughts.

Simmons survived the events of the Onslaught War and became a founding member of the New Defenders. He has proven himself as a capable leader, thus putting him in the running for future team leader.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

Bionic Arms:

• Superhuman Strength: Has some degree of superhuman strength in his bionic arms.

• Enhanced Reaction Time

• Sensory Array: The arms house different sensors which allow him to pass through security such as metal detectors without setting them off. It can also shield other metallic objects from detection such as firearms and knives.

• EMP: He can discharge an EMP rendering electronic devices useless.

• Arm Blades: His arms act as a sheathe for retractable blades, one in each arm, that rest on the top of his forearms.

• Anti-Metal Claws: Has retractable claws in his fingers that are made of Antarctic Vibranium-based "Anti-Metal" that can break down basically all metals at the molecular level.
  

Abilities

Peak Human Conditioning: Has shown Olympic to possible near peak human level strength, agility, endurance, dexterity, etc.

Peak Human Metabolism: His enhanced metabolism allows him to heal from injury or disease faster than most humans. Isaiah is subject to all human vulnerabilities, although his immunity to diseases, toxins, or even alcohol poisoning is extraordinary.

Peak Human Mental Process: K’Salle’s mental performance allows his mind to operate in the most efficient and rapid manner possible. One manifestation of this is his tactical genius; the ability to quickly process multiple information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations.

Peak Human Perception: He has exceptionally keen eyesight and hearing. He is able to dodge bullets because he "sees faster than them".

Pain Resistance: His intense, and sometimes brutal, training with the Hatut Zeraze has granted him the ability to resist extreme pain, and he seems to only feel it to a certain extent.

Master Martial Artist: He has been groomed to be a warrior from birth. An expert in practically all forms of armed and unarmed combat, and a master of all martial arts including African and unknown forms. He is a master of stealth, disguise etc.

Weapons Master: K'Salle has mastered all known weapons.

Expert Marksman: He is a master marksman adept with hunting knives, firearms, and other projectile weaponry.

Master Tactician and Strategist: K’Salle is an accomplished strategist. He is able to formulate battle strategies and his brilliant tactical sense allows him to just as quickly alter any strategy of plan to fit the need of the situation change.

Master Acrobat: His years of training have made him an expert in the field of acrobatics and gymnastics as well as a stunning aerialist.

Indomitable Will: He is a very strong willed person second to none. He is able to suppress all forms of temptation including physical, mental, and sexual.

Expert Tracker & Hunter: He is a master tracker and hunter. He can pick up a prey's scent and memorize hundreds of individual ones.

Multilingual: K'Salle can fluently speak his native language, English, as well as various other languages.

Strength level

K’Salle possesses the strength of a normal human male who engages in intensive regular exercise and hence is able to press lift at least his own body-weight. He is now capable of lifting 400lbs with ease.

Weaknesses

K'Salle possesses all of the weaknesses of a human male (sleep deprivation, fail on lack of air, food etc) though is able to resist them for far longer than average human levels.
