Jason Wyngarde, dubbed Mastermind, is a telepathic mutant who battled the original X-Men when he went on a quest to assassinate several human world leaders. He was freed from prison by Nicholas Mojo and recruited for the Brotherhood of Evil Mutates, inspired by the infamous Brotherhood of Supremacy, who, at that point, the X-Men hadn't faced yet.
Powers & Abilities
- Telepathy - Jason can read and control the minds of others with his advanced mutant brain.
- Super Intelligence - Thanks to his advanced mutant mind, Jason is very smart and extremely intelligent.
