Backstory

I may have spent my life in outer space, but the Earth is my home planet too. You can't always do it alone, Webs.
Star-Lord

Star-Lord's life started in the small town of Hillstead, Missouri. He was born Jason Peadar Miuredach O'Cuill to Irish-American mother Méredit O'Cuill and Spartoi father, J'Son. His maternal family immigrated from Ireland and had history in the town, resulting in generational wealth from the late 18th century. Jason was given nothing but unconditional love by both his mother and his grandfather, Peadar who was a proud Irishman and taught him how to embrace his heritage.

After his 10th birthday, Jason was abducted by the Ravagers by Yondu Udonta after the death of his mother and was raised in becoming a space pirate. However, he didn't stay long and he left the Ravagers to start a life through space as a vigilante until he bumps into four unlikely friends: Rocket Raccoon, Goot, Gamora and Drax the Destroyer forming an alliance which turned into a friendship, resulting in the formation of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Jason led the team as they traveled across the Milky Way galaxy, defending all civilizations from any threats that lurked. But like the Ravagers, all things come to an end and Jason passed the leadership to Drax as he returned as a solo hero but kept his touch with them as their friendship was preserved.

Now, Jason has been fighting alongside different teams such as the Nova Corps and the Kree Empire who had been reformed after its corruption, years ago. But along there, he discovers that his father, J'Son isn't a Spartoi, but a Kree who was mutated from a mysterious stone called the Space Stone, granting him cosmic abilities and much to the Guardian's shock, he had inherited his abilities. While he continued to fight for the galaxy, Jason returned to Earth after hearing that it had been under attack by intergalactic enemies and joined the Avengers and the Guardians. He later meets famous webslinger, Spider Man, whose true identity is Peter Parker and later becomes highly attracted to him, starting a relationship as they got to know each other.
