Early Life
Jason Steven Richard Braddock is the first son and only child of Peter Parker and James Braddock III better known as Spider-Man and Captain Britain. He was born years after the Infinity War where his fathers fought Mad Titan Thanos who nearly wiped out half of the universe by performing the Snap but was defeated by Captain America who lost his life after using the Infinity Gauntlet, thus Jason being named after the fallen Super-Soldier. In his early childhood years, Jason enjoyed doing what other kids doing, hanging out at the arcade, playing soccer (football), and talking about their parents' past lives. However, things changed when Jason developed his father's (Peter) spider-powers when he was only 15 years old and he began showing off to his friends. However, like Peter, Jason began to develop an arrogant streak as he started to perform in various shows after being scouted by a talent agent which also brought attention to Peter and James and they confront him about his frivolous endeavors, leading to Jason getting into a fight with Peter before he tells him what his uncle's words: "With great power comes with great responsibility". Jason chose to ignore his father's words and leaves the Braddock manor to continue off his budding career as a performer where he had earned lots of money from his appearances until he gets caught in a robbery where a masked thief escaped with many stashes of money and Jason chose not to step in, letting the police officers know that it was "their job" to stop them, not his -- the same thing Peter had told the police when he got his powers as Spider-Man.
Once he was on his way home, Jason was approached by the police, informing him that Peter had gotten into a scuffle with a masked assailant while he was looking for him and was shot. The young Braddock was taken to the hospital where he saw his father and he as in critical condition and he felt his heart break. James was there as well as he refused to leave his husband's side, not wanting to lose him like he did back in the fight against Thanos. Guilt turned to anger as he leaves the hospital and find his father's assailant. Thanks to the police scanners, Jason finds the attempted killer hiding in the warehouse and disarms the assailant before taking a look of his face and was shocked to discover that it was the same robber he had let go. Instead of finishing him off, Jason took him to the police and heads on home, guilt taking over him before James comes in and comforts him. Thankfully, Peter survives the shooting and Jason visits him one day. The former webslinger tells him about his own selfishness and how it cost him both his aunt and uncle, he retells him about what his uncle had told him and how it changed him after their passing. This prompted Jason to change his ways and he finds his father's old suit with a pair of web-shooters, dubbing him as his father's moniker --Spider-Man.
