History

Felicia Hardy's life presumably mirrored that of her Earth-616 counterpart, up to the point where she left for Europe after double crossing the Foreigner.

Felicia Hardy while in Europe, ran into Scarlet Spider. They felt in love, got married and had a kid, his name was Jack Parker.

When Jack was born, he had no powers but Kaine started training him how to protect himself at 4, his mother was a little worried but understood. They still had enemies out there. Jack began developing versions of his father and mother's powers when he was fifteen.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

Jack was born with both powers of his family's bloodline. He possesses various superhuman attributes as a result of his unique physiology.

  • Superhuman Strength: Like his father, Jack possesses superhuman strength.
  • Superhuman Speed: Jack is capable of running and moving at speeds that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
  • Superhuman Stamina: Jack's augmented musculature is much more efficient than that of a normal human being. As a result, his muscles produce lesser amounts of fatigue toxins during physical activity than do those of ordinary humans. He can exert himself physically at peak capacity for at least several hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him.
  • Superhuman Durability: Jack's body is tougher and more resistant to some types of physical injury than that of a normal human. Jack's bodily tissues are resistant to powerful impact or blunt force trauma. He can withstand impacts, such as falling from several stories, being repeatedly struck with superhuman force or by several powerful energy blasts, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no injury himself.
  • Regenerative Healing Factor: Jack's physiology was augmented with a limited healing factor.
  • Superhuman Agility: Jack's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. In spite of his increased size and mass, Jack is still just as agile as Cat.
  • Contaminant Immunity: Due to his accelerated metabolism, Jack has a higher tolerance for drugs and diseases than normal humans, and he can recover from the effects of larger doses rapidly. His resistance and recovery time to other toxins and diseases varies, but is typically significantly higher than normal. Jack's unique physiology even allowed him to recover from the effects of vampirism.
  • Superhuman Equilibrium: Jack possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.
  • Superhuman Reflexes: Jack's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are more efficient than those of an ordinary human by a factor of fifteen.
  • Enhanced Wall-Crawling: Jack is also able to stick to virtually any surface and crawl across it just as Spider-Man is capable of. His mental control over this ability has been increased to such a degree, he can rip a wall down just by tugging at it hard enough with his palms. Jack can stick to a surface with any part of his body, for example, his back.
    • Mark Of Kaine: He can channel psychosomatic energy endothermically throughs hands and leave a severe burn mark on a person by making skin-to-skin contact with them. He typically leaves this mark across a person's face, though it is presumed he can do the same to other parts of the body.
  • Biological/Organic Webbing Generation: Jack has the ability to organically produce his own silk webbing from glands within his forearms, limited by his body's health and nutrition. These organic webs had many of the same properties as Spider-Man's artificial webbing, so he had no trouble utilizing them, though they required a week to decay rather than two hours. The silk was released through a spinneret near each wrist containing a central web spigot orifice used for web-slinging and draglines, supplemented by several radial minor spigots for other types of webs connected to specialized glands.
  • Psychic Alignment with Arthropods: Jack has an unknown method of creating a psychic alignment with his environment; specifically, a more empathetic and sympathetic relationship with spiders, and insects. While connected to the varying populations of spiders, he was unable to communicate with them directly or command them.
  • Psychic Alignment with Cats: Jack has an unknown method of creating a psychic alignment with his environment; specifically, a more empathetic and sympathetic relationship with cats. While connected to the varying populations of cats, he was unable to communicate with them directly or command them.
  • Night Vision: Like is mother, Jack has night vision.
  • Superhuman cat sense of smell: Like is mother, Jack has height scene of smell.
  • Retractable Cat-Claws: Like is mother, Jack has retractable claws.
  • Spider-Sense: Jack possesses a precognitive danger or "spider" sense which warns him of potential or immediate danger by the manifestation of a tingling sensation in the back of his skull, and links with his superhuman kinesthetics, enabling him to evade most any injuries unless he cognitively overrides his automatic reflexes. It appears to be a simultaneous clairvoyant response to a wide variety of phenomena (everything from falling safes to speeding bullets to thrown punches), which has given several hundredths of a second warning, which is sufficient time for his reflexes to allow him to avoid injury. The sense also can create a general response on the order of several minutes: he cannot discern the nature of the threat by the sensation. He can, however, discern the severity of the danger by the strength of his response to it. Jack's spider-sense is directional and can guide him to or away from hidden weapons and enemies. Sudden and extreme threats can cause his spider-sense to react with painful intensity. Jack can also sense, and dodge attacks directed randomly or by artificial intelligence. Using his spider-sense to time his enhanced reflexes, Jack can casually dodge attacks up to and including automatic-weapons fire, provided there is sufficient distance. His spider-sense is sufficiently well-linked to his reflexes to the point that a threat can trigger them even when Jack is asleep or stunned. His spider-sense has helped him preserve his secret identity since it alerts him to observers or cameras when changing into or out of his costume. The spider-sense does react to those who Jack does not consider to be a threat, such as father or his mother. Jack can choose to ignore his spider-sense, and distraction or fatigue diminishes its effectiveness. Jack's fighting style incorporates the advantage that his "spider-sense" provides him. His body begins to produce more adrenaline after the sense is triggered, an extension of the 'fight or flight syndrome.' Even when he does not have the use of his eyes, Jack can still use his Spider-Sense in a similar fashion to Daredevil's Sense to help him see by sensing the direction the danger is coming from by listening on the loudest noise around him.
    • Radio Frequency Detection: Jack's spider-sense also enables him to track certain radio frequencies.
  • Tychokinesis: Cat Spider's "bad luck" powers causes "bad luck" to other people. This power allows him to subliminally affect probability fields, which would cause improbable, though not impossible, events of "bad luck" to occur to enemies within his line of sight. This power also affects magic (manipulation of local probability fields), giving Jack some protection against magical spells.
