At some point Iguana was captured by the Skrulls, and put under their control. The creature was a last resort in their bunker underneath the San Diego Zoo. However, he was defeated by an Ultimate Alliance team composed of the Lizard, Cyclops, the Living Laser, Storm, Iceman, and the Crimson Dynamo.
