History

Howling Commandos was an allied small military unit that was formed to stop the evil Hydra organization from taking over the World back in World War II. This team was liberated by Captain America. And together, they destroyed many of the Hydra bases and kidnapped Von Strucker. They then helped Captain America defeat Red Skull and also helped end Hydra and helped the U.S. army end the war.

Defunct

After Captain America's disappearance, they mourned for his loss. Their fates after World War II presumed to have died or retired from Military services.
