Not much is known about Hevec except that his parents left him immediately after his birth, were abusive to their last children and were generally horrible people. Sixteen years later, he'd grown up into a criminal life, and he met his brother Aden "Patec" Wilson (better known as Ethan Strange) in jail. They struck a deal, escaped and then found and joined the Protective Ravenist E-pursuit Department, better known as P.R.E.D.
